E. H.While driving to an important meeting my passenger side window broke (the clips had failed so the window dropped). A little tearful from the shock of the bang, I drove straight to the team at Martlesham Service Centre hoping they'd have space to fit my car in that day - especially as the car was no longer water tight or secure. They had me away in a courtesy car within 10 minutes so I could make my meeting, and within a couple of hours I had a text message saying my car was ready. I expected to pay through the nose as I had just turned up and hadn't got a quote first but the cost was very reasonable. Thank you to the team for being friendly, flexible and honest!
