I went in to change my front brakes in my little Ibiza: Super nice people. They were amazingly transparent about the cost, the brands they use (they even show you the boxes!), and how long it will take. From someone that is not super stoked about mechanics, I loved the experience in this place. My experience gave me confidence in their business, and I will return.

Wow, excellent customer service and exceed my expectations! I had an issue with the window on my car and it would not close. Contacted the garage on Saturday and they managed to accommodate me on the Monday, even though they were fully booked. No promises that it would be fixed the same day, they said they would see how they got on, as it was last minute. No issue with this whatsoever, I would rather be told it takes 3 days and it is ready after 2! Received a phone call about 4PM the same day saying the window had been fixed! I was hoping the diagnostics would have been done that day but did not in my wildest dreams expect the work to be completed also. Well done VW Audi Workshop. 10/10. Will def use again!!

Recently fitted a new clutch and rear shocks on my Audi TT. I am very pleased with the work. Not only was I keep informed as to progress of the work they also stuck to their qoute which is very rare with the moter trade these days. My 1987 VW T25 was running like a bag of spanners for a while, kept stalling and generally sounding uninterested in running around. Took it here and now it sounds great and runs perfectly. Very reasonable charge and genuinely interested mechanic explained what was wrong and what they'd done.
