Nick carried out a diagnostic, dpf clean and replaced a sensor. He came on the day of my call and sorted everything out and has followed up with me afterwards to make sure everything is running as it should. I was told by the dealership that it was going to cost £2.5k to replace but the clean has completely resolved the issue.
