Overall really happy with the service received. Got off to a shakey start with a hire van that wasn't fit for purpose amd had an oil leak and many other problems. On returning the van I was given a really nice modern car straight away. The repair was completed 2 days earlier than expected and I was kept updated the whole way through. After having a new side door fitted and painted I was worried the colour match wouldn't be great because of painting such a big panel right in the centre of the van. But as you can see from the picture its a brilliant match. James on reception is a credit to Alton cars and was a pleasure to deal with.

Superb service, very friendly and helpful. Alton cars did a brilliant job repairing my car after someone hit it in a supermarket carpark whilst I was shopping. I recently decided to sell my car and noticed that I had unfortunately managed to get some white road paint on my black plastic trim and under arches. I brought the car down in the hope they could do something. Amazingly they did! All paint removed and looking like new. The charge? Free on the house! :) Amazing people in particular thank you to James and Dominic. Will definitely use Alton Cars again! Fantastic :) Thanks everyone.

My lovely new Audi, only 4 months old fell victim to the snow in January. I appointed Alton Cars Leeds to repair my car. Natalie was my point of contact and she was fantastic from start to finish. Calling when she said she would, went above and beyond, spoke me through every stage of the repair and a true role model for Customer Service. Recently had my car broken into, had the virtual cockpit stolen. Went through my insurance company & choose Alton Cars in Leeds. Whilst on the phone to the insurance company, quickly looked at reviews and wasn’t too impressed (think it was 2 stars out of 5 on yell.com). As for my own experience I cannot speak highly enough of Alton cars, they have been very professional from start to finish. I have been very impressed & no complaints at all.

Really impressed with the work Alton did on my Tesla. After some clumsy buffoon reversed into it, it had 2 panels scuffed down 1 side and a chunk out of one of the alloy wheels. They had the engineer's report to the insurer inside a day, job done inside a week, plus delivered it back to my house fully valeted. The repair work is perfect; impossible to tell there was ever any damage in the first place. Very impressed!

I was initially very nervous about having my car sent here for repairs after reading the reviews; however my experience was nothing but positive! The turn around time for repairs was 4 days earlier than estimated and the staff, especially Charlotte Williams, were helpful and quick to answer any questions or queries. Fantastic customer experience with Alton Cars Huddersfield. Took my car in (for body repairs after an accident) at short notice thanks to Shuff - and had it back within a month. No hassle. I was provided timely updates so I knew what was going on. Collected my car and found the work done was exceptional. And on top of that, they went above and beyond by cleaning out the inside of my car, which could only resemble the arse end of a tip when I handed it over. Massively pleased, thank you

I will admit, after reading some of the other reviews here I was a bit worried... I had some relatively minor damage to my front bumper from being reversed into. My insurance company gave me a courtesy car, I dropped my car off, they took some pictures and whatnot, and off I went. I've just picked up my car this morning. The repair took 12 days in total, not a problem given I had the courtesy car to drive, as I imagine most people will. The car has come back looking like new, in fact probably better than when it went in (I had some damage to the decals that came with the car and they've fixed that too), and they gave the car a wash on top of that. The staff at Alton Cars were all professional and helpful. I got regular updates, and although my estimate for completion was wrong, it was only off by a single day, and again - it was an estimate, and I had a courtesy car so it didn't bother me.

Took my car in today as the bumper, which was initially replaced by Alton Cars following an accident earlier this year was loose on one side. Upon further inspection it appeared that someone had hit my bumper and cracked the clip. I honestly wouldn't have known as there were no marks that I could see but the guy doing the inspection pointed out the tiniest of marks on my paintwork. They took my car straight round to the workshop and sorted it out free of charge. So happy with the service as they didn't have to do it. Thank you so much Alton car's, you certainly don't need to go to Specsavers! Top job and I am happy that it is sorted again.

Completely smashed the front end of my e class Mercedes needing bonnet, side panels, steering rack, suspension etc. I was given a finish date and throughout the period was kept informed as to progress which included photo's of my car e mailed to me in it's re-build stage. Every member of staff I spoke to was polite and helpful and every time I was told someone would call it happened. My car was returned yesterday and it drives perfectly and looks brand new. Would definitely recommend them. Special mention to Andrew who carried out the repairs and John who kept me informed throughout.

Had our car in here for repairs after road traffic accident. Very efficient, friendly Staff, work done on car was excellently performed, and timeline for the repair to be completed and for car to be picked up was not over run, work completed on time. Customer service was excellent and we had a courtesy car provided whilst ours was being repaired.

Very professional service, I was kept in the loop at all times. Dougie, Johnny and James were very helpful and explained the entire process well. Quality of work was good. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is down to the due date being moved twice. Not a huge issue as I was given a courtesy car. Overall I recommend Alton Cars Leeds.

recently our car was involved in an accident Alton cars collected my car the very next morning gave me 66 plate fiesta for a week until my car was deemed a write off as i then had to give back the courtesy car so left me without a car but alton cars arranged for me to have a hire car for 3 days for nothing all of the staff including the guy who collected my car were so friendly easy going like nothing was too much trouble..so thank you to all at Alton cars you really made a stressful time more bearable. .
