I bought my Focus ST Line 2 & half years ago from Archbold's, every one I dealt with was very professional and helpful which made me want to buy my car from them. Every time I have dealt with them since I bought it due to my dog chewing the seat belt and the service of the car they have been exceptional. They pick the car up from my work and re deliver which helps me so much. I'm due a service and MOT at the beginning of January and it's all booked in and a date for them to pick up plus you get AA recovery thrown in for the price. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else TBH very professional and helpful which is hard to find someone you trust in the car business.

Took my 78 year old Mother to her new car. The staff were all excellent, patient and nothing seemed too much trouble. Car arrived and was ready for collection at the time agreed and the salesmen (who must have the patience of a saint) did a good explanation of the controls to my Mother. Called for price for a small job doing. Turned out the was still under warranty. Booked car in, they collected from work and returned it all done after having a bit of a clean too. Very happy and will be using them again.

For many years I've purchased cars from Emma and Mark, and their customer service is second to none. They're not pushy or forceful and they go out of their way to ensure you're happy, hence why I always return to them. Their knowledge is impeccable and if they don't know the answer offhand, they will find out and get back to you when promised. I would never buy a car anywhere else!!

Having just taken delivery of our 6th car from this great little dealership I can honestly say that I won't shop anywhere else for my cars. The salesman are helpful & informative & as a female buying a car they never make me feel intimidated or stupid ( I have been made to feel this way previously in other dealerships). In sept' 2014 my wife & I purchased a car each from Archbold Carshop. The help & support we received from the sales staff was second to none. We traded in the cars we had & purchased the new cars for a price we were very happy with, a very pleasant, pain free transaction. We would recommend Archbolds to friends & family without any hesitation. After sales support has also been very satisfactory. We were contacted not long after purchase & asked if we were happy with the vehicles. We were also given a free winter check. In September of last year both cars had their 1st year service. They were booked in at a time convenient to my wife. She delivered the first car & the staff very kindly returned it to her , took the second car & then unexpectedly returned it after the service. My wife was expecting a phone call to tell her it was ready to be collected. She had a very pleasant surprise when she returned from shopping & it was parked on the drive ! First class customer service!!!! How it should be. Every member of staff we have had contact with at Archbolds via telephone or in person has been very pleasant, polite & always happy to help.

Drove 35 miles to view a ford eco sport at Archbolds in Morley Leeds and it was well worth it Steve the salesman was very good he just showed me the car and let me look round it in my own time. Then offered me a test drive after which I decided to buy it they offered me a good deal there was no pressure at all. I picked the car up the Friday after and again Steve was there sorted all the paper work out and half an hour I was driving my new car home. I would not hesitate to come back here or recommend Archbolds to anyone else. this was a great car buying experience.
