This garage was extremely helpful- Chris was brilliant at breaking down information/costs and was very friendly. They fixed my car within a reasonable time frame and enabled it to pass its MOT; whilst keeping me updated throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

Popped in for a small job ( screw in tyre). Attitude of management and staff was first rate - their manners and courtesy were of a standard seldom seen nowadays. They couldn't repair the problem there and then but took the wheel off, put the spare on ( thereby keeping me mobile) and said they'd phone me when ready. This they did and very promptly too. The price was fair and the service excellent. Many thanks gents.

Not the best, not the worst. Had an MOT test completed punctually and the garage is conveniently located. Was an expensive price but they weren’t very helpful with estimating how much repairs would be. So I would recommend shopping around elsewhere for that

I never write reviews about anything, but felt compelled to write something about Beechwood. They are fantastic. They've done repairs and MOT on my BMW 1 Series and the service has been second to none. Excellent mechanics and Chris is honest, trustworthy and friendly. I've had negative experiences with garages in the past and find it hard to trust them, so I'm very relieved to have finally found somewhere reliable and that I can have total confidence in. Never again will I take my car anywhere else.

So I never write reviews and I’ve always been worried about going to garages as I’m a 20 year old girl who quite frankly knows nothing about cars except how to drive them so I’m always worried about turning up to a garage and being ripped off. I recently had a problem with the exhaust of my car resulting in the back box to fall off. I went to beechwood for help and Chris the owner was absolutely fantastic! I dropped my car off and he got back to me within the hour telling me exactly point by point what was wrong with it and how much it would cost to fix. My step dad and dad both agreed the price was very reasonable. I agreed to go ahead for him to work on my car first thing in the morning and it was done by 2pm and ready for me to pick up! I am really happy with the service I was given and I will definitely go back there if I need any help with my car in the future! Thankyou Beechwood garage!

I've been going to this garage for almost 20 years. At first it was convenient because I worked just down the road but for the last 11 years I have still taken my car there despite now having a two and a half mile walk to work after dropping my car off and the same again to pick it up after work. The reason I continue to do this is because I have found a garage that I trust. The reason I trust Chris the owner is because I once had a potentially expensive repair on the horizon but he said it didn't need doing at the moment but may in the near future, to the tune of £440. The following year at the mot & service, I expected that it would need to be done but again Chris said it's still ok so no need. This happened for about 3 or maybe 4 years where he had the opportunity to charge me for extra work but didn't and in the end I got another car so I never needed to have the work done. How many garages these days would pass up a chance to charge you for extra work ? Not many in my experience.

After previous bad experiences I always use this garage. The owner, Chris, is trustworthy, helpful and accommodating. He always gives a full explanation of any problems and advises which work is essential and which work can wait so as not to waste any money. This garage passes the friends and family test with flying colours! I always recommend this place whenever anyone asks about a garage.

Been using this garage for several years. Honest and straightforward. This week my car has an oil leak. I have taken it in and they have said it its the oil filter. They are replacing it for me free of charge because they fitted the filter when I got it serviced 3 or 4 months ago. I am sure not all garages would be this honest.
