P. J.I've used BN Works on several occasions now each time I've been thoroughly impressed by their service and levels of professionalism.
Sucha and his team are brilliant technicians who can quickly diagnose and remedy any faults you may have. They take the time to go through the fault and advise accordingly on cost (which is much more competitive than the main BMW dealers)
I'd recommend BN Works to any BMW/Mini owner without hesitation
J.Great garage would highly recommend, fit me in at short notice and did a great job. Price was basically half the price of a main BMW dealer with idrive updating etc. All the staff are very polite and even ended up cheaper than the price quoted. Will be using in the future.

I would probably say one of the best independent BMW specialists in Leeds by far. I can sum up BM Works in 3 simple words...Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly. B. S.Friendly, trustworthy and professional. Had diagnostic for oil leak here and they were not at all pushy about me getting it done straight away. Also squeezed me in at zero notice to sort airbag warning light for very reasonable price. Friendly,
honest, knowledgeable and professional they will 100% have my custom again. I rarely leave reviews online, only if I'm very impressed or very disappointed and this falls into the first category.

Sucha & Kully explained what needed to be done and also carried out a wider check including changing my battery in the key fob.
