R. J.Had my Mot today,yesterday I called in to ask them at short notice to do my fan belt which had snapped. They said yes no problems. Their communication throughout the test was first class. Very professional and a very clean workshop. Would recommend
L. M.Great, friendly and helpful garage with brilliant attitude to solving issues. I had a problem with my Audi A4 which several garages had failed to nail all the faults plus correct. After been recommended to use this unknown garage, I had some apprehension in dealing with this garage. I had my first meeting and was assured that they had total experience in Audi and it wasn't going to be a problem. After 2 days they delivered on their promise and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I would recommend this garage based on price, turnaround, problem solving and great customer service.

They liased with the warranty company, and arranged for the car to be towed from the dealership to them, they genuinely made everything as easy as possible. The car is now driving like new. Would highly recommend and use again.

They are slightly pricey on the labour BUT you get a first class no BS service. They take time to explain what the issue is so you don't feel like you've been 'had'.

C. F.First time I have used this garage but not the last - friendly staff on the phone and reception, efficient when booking and getting in touch to confirm the booking. I rang to book on the Thursday and I was booked in first thing the following Monday. I arrived at 8:15am and received a phone-call to say the MOT was completed at 9:34am - all at a very good price of £30.00! Can't fault the garage and it's reassuring for a student, living away from home, to know they've got a trustworthy garage to rely on and won't be ripped off !

A. E.First time visiting today. Had the special offer on wheel alignment (absolute bargain at £39), and I'm very impressed. Work was done 20mins early whilst I waited. I received a full printout of the alignment, with a full explanation, which confirmed what I knew was wrong with it, so trustworthy in my experience as well. Comfortable & clean waiting area, friendly & knowledgeable staff, & a fantastic price in my case. I Wont hesitate to recommend, or visit again with any of my cars, many thanks !

Not a big job but I didn't know that at the time and wanted my car to be safe. Happy with the reasonable price they charged. Very efficient service and very friendly and pleasant staff. B.Excellent, trustworthy service. Dave and his team have provided excellent service for MOT, brakes, lights. After having a puncture we had an issue with further debris on the road and heard a bumping sound on the right wheel. Dave put the car on the ramp to check and took the car for a test drive where the issue had resolved on its own - no more sound. Dave had spent a goof half an hour but refused to take any money for his time which he deserved. Above and beyond all expectations - exceptional trustworthy service - they care for your safety.
