I was booked in to have an electrical fault fixed when my windscreen wiper failed on a the rainiest day this year. The garage was full to the brim with cars and I was desperately in need of my car. They were so kind to me and got my car fixed and back to me by the end of the day.
Highly recommend, a brilliant service, thank you so much!
A. M.they are ok but you need to tell them what to do. booked a wheel bearing replacement a month in advance, took time off from work and on the day they told me it didn't need replacement - wasting my time and money.

R. M.Was having an absolute nightmare of a day! Oil light and engine light came on. Rang up and my car was able to be looked at the same day! It was only a very quick check but still could have charged me but they didn’t. Will be returning again!

It was a hot day and I had my dog in the car and I was faced with a three to four hour wait,were I to wait on the national recovery company which was the alternative. I contacted Grove Lane and was astonished and delighted by the kind and professional response from Dan at Grove Lane who jumped into action and within 10 minutes came and jump started my car, allowing me to get my dog home to cooler surroundings and avoid the unpleasant experience that it might have otherwise been.
