I had MOT and full service for my car. Experience was good from start to finish. Last year i had same work done by company that produce my car. I had negative experience regarding the MOT. Halfords are very trustworthy.

Friendly bunch of guys but be scared they are extremely busy so make sure u don't leave it long time to get ur car check or and sorted and nook in plenty of time. They also do Aa break down parts and labour work so u don't have to pay up and get ur money back the AA will pay them directly... for £8 a month on ur AA BREAKDOWN COVER I would recommend taking it out as an add on definitely

I bought a car 5 days ago and the garage I purchased it from referred me to Halfords to get a problem with a noisy front wheel repaired. I chose the Halfords Roseville Road Autocentre. The manager Mat advised that there was a problem with the front brakes and he would liaise with the garage from where I bought the car. I raised concerns about the condition of the battery and Mat checked that out too and found it was not holding its charge. Mat very kindly agreed to discuss that with the garage too. Because of his intervention, my faulty front brakes were replaced along with the battery, paid for by the garage from whom I purchased the car. I found Mat's customer service to be above and beyond what I was expecting. Mat and the mechanic Luke were both helpful and friendly, keeping me informed at every step of the way. I am delighted with the outcome and recommend Halfords Autocentre in Roseville Road, Leeds.

Bought my new tyres and booked into this as we know the Halfords brand. I booked in for a 10.30am appointment and was told it will be ready by lunch time. It was not even in the workshop when I turned up after 12noon. My problem was I had to ask for a lift there. There was no real waiting place at the location. Reception area is rather small and no more than 3 people can be in this space for long especially with the Covid situation so I had no choice but come back when it was ready. I got a call to say it was ready at 1.40pm but then I had to wait for another lift to get there to collect the car later that afternoon. Although the prices are competitive I wasn't too happy about the uncertainty of time it taken to complete the job.

Member of staff Mat was very welcoming. He was informative and explained what checks would be done and what to expect. He gave me a realistic timing of the job so I could plan my day. When I collected my car he gave me a detailed summary of the checks done and the results. He made sure I understood the urgency that one of my tires needed replacing and explained why. At the time I couldn't afford to fix it and he realistically told me I had a 1-2 max until it was dangerous. Matt was funny and kindly fixed my loose car bumper for free. I'll defently come back there for my future mot and repairs. Thank you Mat! Continue doing what you do.

Booked in for an MOT, only needed two days notice to book a slot online which was great. MOT completed within 55 minutes and staff were great, professional and friendly. Couldn’t wait in reception due to Covid so took a wonder round, Aldi and couple of shops at end of road. Would recommend and will be visiting again.

I had a bad experience with halfords autocentre on adress Leeds Low Road But on this autocentre James the Manager is the best in his job, he speak nice, he organise everything good, he understand me, even i do not speak perfect english. The manager was very helpful, organising lifts for us back home and picking me up when the work was done. Full marks to him! However, one of the problems was the orange engine light on our Honda Jazz was always on. He assured us the problem could be fixed and when I picked up the car it was off. BUT the very next day the engine light was on again, I need this fixed please.

Have used them many times. Feel confident in what they do. Pricing clear. Friendly. Easy to organise service etc. Recent free brake check. Nil to do. My experience of other garages is they can always find something that doesn't need doing now but advisable anyway.

After a major service, the car seemed to be making a noise turning corners. I booked it in for inspection at which point the noise lessened then ceased (of course). I took it in and explained what had happened. The guys took it in and had a look reporting nothing wrong. No charge made but certainly made long term customers of me and mine.

Good customer service and knowledgeable staff with good modern equipment and a tidy organised workshop able to fit my car in on the day. Unfortunately, my puncture needed a new tyre apparently, just have to trust them to be telling truth but that’s not what they said on initial assessment on arrival. Unlucky for me the tyres they had in were way overpriced at £50. Down the road they had tyres for just £10, so unsure why they couldn’t offer a better price. They can see I am not loaded and am just making ends meet - could do with low-end budget parts for much older cars. They also tried to sell me another tyre as well even though I didn’t need one - can’t you see am driving a 13 year old car because I am not rich and not try to squeeze me so much?

Shame I can only give 5 stars. Have had my car serviced here numerous times over the last 5 years and have always been very good. Went into kwik fit to have my tyres checked before a long drive to France, replaced one tyre and told me they could not carry out the required work on another wheel/tyre! 20 minutes at Halfords and all sorted!

I own a Ford Fiesta the car kept on stalling and the idoliser was fluctuating. Previously I took my car to 4 different garages who said it was because of my driving even though other people who have driven the car had the same thing happen to them. One of my friends recommended halfords and I thought I would try but didn't have my hopes up as I had heard negative reports in the past. I was extremely surprised not only were they super nice and had great customer service, but they cleaned out all the engine and also fixed the problem. Because I didn't have to have any new parts they didn't even charge me. I will 100% be going back to them if anything happens again. Thank you for not thinking it's because I'm a woman and believing there was something wrong with my car!!!

had dashcam nextbase 312gw fitted .works very well pleasant service ,well fitted ,no wires showing.if you take unit out of car would recommend to go and turn parking mode off,as it has habit of switching itself back on if put down and knocked,otherwise ,great bit of kit.
