i ended up in a critical situation close to the shop with a burst tyre. They usually work on a booking sytem but ordered and fit me a new tyre within 2hrs - incredibly impressed, I wouldn't have been able to get home.

I went for MOT and service. After a checkup, I was quoted £700 for parts and labour to get it ready to pass the MOT, which I paid. I was then told it failed the MOT and would have to pay another £750 for further repairs. After calling up the next day, I spoke with a different mechanic, Anthony, who understood my frustration and so he contacted the Complaints department who agreed that I should have been given the full quote upfront. Thanks to Anthony, they agreed to finish the repairs with no additional costs. This certainly would have been a 1 star review without the excellent assistance I received from Anthony. The actual work done seems good and the MOT very thorough.

Got a call at 1 pm to give me an update on the outcome of the MOT, discussed costs and my car was ready for delivery at 4.30 pm,again got call at 4 pm to tell me about the progress. Having booked a slot to have my Fiesta seat latch problem investigated, I was delighted that the matter was resolved very quickly at no charge. I was also quoted a good price for two new tyres, which were fitted promptly. Staff went out of their way to be helpful, explaining things plainly and completing the work in good time. Such excellent service deserves repeat business!

Staff were very friendly. Addressed my problem and fitted me in as soon as they could, unfortunately due to my warranty company the work took longer to do but that was no reflection on the wrok that was carried out. They do a vehicle check which was very helpful as I knew I had an issue with a tyre but they pointed out an issue on one of the other tyres which could of been a serious issue had I left it.

Easy online booking and staff at the centre are efficient and helpful. I have used these for 3 years now for regular service and MOT. Never had any issues with the work and any additional recommendations have always been the obvious wear and tear items. They have never suggested any spurious extra work and the final cost is always as original quoted.

Booked my car in for MOT, which it failed on 3 points. After agreeing for the repair to be completed here, i collected my car later on. After the 3 points had been repaired (handbrake was one of these points) i collected the car and on my way home the handbrake did not work, at all. Called the centre when i got home and it had closed. I had to take it back the following day to be repaired which has been completed. The chap on reception and the MOT guy were all very well informed and handled the complaint well, very friendly. If it wasn't for the issue, i would have given more stars.

Good tyres on good prices. I take one⭐ only because after front wheel alignment my steering wheel is still a little bit on one side. In other countries after this process steering wheel is straight. But I'm happy with this service.

I had a problem with the Diesel particle filter (DPF) in my ford focus 2012. Engine malfunction light was showing and the car was in "Limp Mode". Took the car to Halfords (meadow road leeds)for the DEEP DPF CLEAN. This treatement cleared the dpf and the car was no longer in Limp Mode and engine error was resolved. Great service by Halfords, would recommend. East to book and reasonable price!!

Took car for a clutch test, lad that drove it gve me his findings, yes needed a clutch. Nice guy who then passed over for clutch to be costed to another guy, again pleasant enough guys but price of clutch at £7.02 😲 more than double lots of other quotes I got so not good or realistic although they offer a 4 monthly payment plan so probably get people to pay their prices on that basis coz they have little choice. 😠
