M. G.When a can of tyre foam doesn’t cut it (no pun intended) a trip on a breakdown lorry to Kwik fit on York Road at Crossgates was a must. Why?
well I’ll tell you why.
Stephen, the manager is nothing but a dream to work with. Helpful, great on communication skills and really knows his stuff, had me booked in, in a jiffy. Nothing much you might say? Well, let me say that customer service here is second to none.
How many times have you been booked in and sat in a corner and let’s face it forgotten about… oh no... not Stephen. He’s on the ball just like his team. In the words of good old Tina… Simply the best!

J. D.After a flat on the A64 and the use of my repair kit we hobbled into this Kwik fit branch without an appointment on a Saturday morning.
No problem they got us in fitted a replacement tyre with a great guarantee and replaced the repair kit to give us peace of mind. We only lost 45 mins from our day out as a result. The supervisor Steve was spot on and very customer focused he is a credit to you. Thanks for everything!

A. W.I had a puncture when visiting crossgates. I called this branch but they didn't have my tyre size but they did at another branch. They had the tyre transferred in an hour and I was able to take my wheel in for it to be fitted. Fantastic service, and even better customer service.

P.Came in randomly on a Sunday asking Attif if he could take a look at the steering wheel oil/liquid as mine seemed to be empty.
Turns out my car doesn't even have it, however that did not stop Attif going a step further my talking me through the different sections and parts underneath the bonnet.
And he didn't stop there, he took his time to talk me through how to gauge when my tyre thread is low and ready to be replaced.
