Got a puncture but luckily I was nearby Kwik Fit Kirkstall. Even though they were about to close (I got there at about 5:30pm and they close at 6pm), Martin took my car in and had his guys fix the puncture and got me back on the road in less than half an hour! We even got to talk a little bit about F1 before leaving 😂. Great experience all around! Would recommend!

Just a few days before Christmas I thought I had a slow puncture. I turned up at 5.50pm on my way home from work to ask if they could quickly take a look and arrange a time for me to come back for the tyre if needed (I assumed with 10 mins to go before closing there wouldn’t be time to do it there and then). I could not be more impressed with the efficiency and professionalism I encountered. Tasib immediately looked at the tyre and was friendly and helpful. He changed the tyre for me there and then despite this undoubtedly making him late leaving. I was so grateful and impressed with the service I received, thank you Tasib and apologies for the delay in me posting this review!

Didn’t think we could get my car road worthy again and dean was very honest with me and said it might not be worth the money to repair the car, which I appreciated. Nice, quick friendly service for getting an MOT and service at a good price. Booked online on Friday for the work to be done on Monday, the website was quick and easy to use. Had an advisory for brake discs on the MOT which they provide a quote for however the staff were not pushy and didn't pressure me into using the service and have allowed me to go away a think about it which was nice and a pleasent change for garages. My only problem was that some dirty fingerprints were left on the fabric car roof interior and exterior of drivers door, luckily they came off easily with soap and water however would have preferred more care to be taken to ensure this didn't occur in the first place, but overall great service.

booked in for 4, new tyres. on 15/3. later decided to have a service followed by MOT> I understood that my first booking for 4 new tyres would be done first and the MOT last after service. BUT no, the MOT was done first showing a Test Cert showing condition of 4 worn tyres. Completely illogical to do MOT first seeing I had booked in for 10 am for 4 tyres a couple of weeks before I decided to have |MOT and service. I am happy with the service but not the order the three jobs were done.

Booked an appointment for Friday 25 October for a puncture repair. On my arrival was seen straight away and I was shown to a warm waiting area whilst the work was undertaken. After finishing my free coffee, the car was ready and I left around three quarters of an hour later having paid a very reasonable £25 for the job. I would say though, that it proved impossible to find a Kwik Fit with availability the day before when I visited three Leeds branches on spec for the same problem....they all seemed to be overwhelmed with work.

The online booking was easy and gent on reception at the Kirkstall Road site was very courteous and friendly, not something you often associated with garages! Yeah, puncture. A big tac in the tyre tread causing loss of pressure. The boys at Kwik Fit were spot on. No messing and got the job done with no fuss. He immediately sorted out our car when the battery light popped up on the dashboard when we were on our journey to Manchester and nearly had to cancel because the other KF couldn’t find the solution and booked us with another KF in a few days time. In having an MOT done and I have a blown fuse for my windscreen washer pump and a missing seatbelt! The team here have done everything they can help and booked me in tomorrow for a retest. Just got to get this seatbelt sourced and installed and we’re on a winner! I’ve used this Kwik Fit before and the service was ok but the team this time are totally customer focussed...I’d employ each and every one of them if I had a chance!

My only issue was when I turned up for the appointment I was told that the system had been down and were unable to process the MOT. I was re booked in for the following day and as I had a couple of days off it wasn't too much of a problem, but any other time it would of been. I just think that as there had been a problem all morning, then maybe a call beforehand would of been appreciated. All in all the service I eventaully received was great, staff were polite, friendly and MOT was done in a timely manner. May of been 5 star if not for the inconvenience the day before. Friendly honest and decent. Not the cheapest but you know what you're getting. ... Or do you?! ... See update ... Update: the Aircon only lasted 1 week, then got topped up, then lasted 3months n run out when tried use next summer car mostly parked up due to covid. When went to recharge told it doesn't charge due to a leak but must be small. As result had to take to specialist. Kwik fit did refund as said if leaked out 1st time they should have filled up again n refunded me. End result was specialist has put the dye in and will see if leaks out and then fix. But he said often people don't know what they are doing and some cars have specific way of doing things. And the Aircon filling machine can be fiddly n they need to know how to get around random incorrect errors too. The guys who did mine at Kwik fit did seem a bit clueless tbh and trainee types. Took mine to this 50+ old guy now who is into motor sport and ex racer, and knows everything about Aircon n cars it seems. Reccomend via another garage. And tbh seems to have sorted things!

My daughter had a flat battery yesterday which we were struggling to start with jump leads. Dean (manager) talked us through the process on the phone suggesting things that weren't online but worked to start the car so we could get it to Kwikfit. Once there, Sean fitted a new battery and was really helpful, checking everything was ok before we left. In fact the battery had gone flat because the alternator was faulty. This was covered by warranty from the garage the car had been bought from and this garage wanted to fix everything themselves, so Sean had to take out the battery, leaving Kwikfit with work done but no payment. Dean and Sean were really helpful dealing with the other garage and really went the extra mile. Would definitely reccommend them.

I used the on line service to purchase my tyres and book my appointment for fitting and in this respect everything went well except the fact that my car was not listed in the model drop down box so I had to choose the next nearest. Not really a problem but I would have thought they could have brought their web page up to date as my model has been available for about 10 years. I was delighted with the price as I got premium rated tyres for the price I was prepared to pay for mid range ones. The other slight negatives for me were the meet and greet was not great, there was not a great deal of dialogue about the booking so I didn't feel I was a valued customer. Also I would have liked them to use plastic rim protectors over the jaws of the fitting machine but when I asked the answer was 'no'. I'm afraid I'm a bit precious about my alloys but don't think I'm alone in this respect. A good thing was the fact that they didn't use air guns on the wheel nuts so I should be able to get them off. Overall I got what I paid for but with a little more effort I would have awarded five stars instead of four.

Got a flat tire at 4.30pm on a wet Saturday night with a 2 year old in the back of the car. Went to harrogate road in Leeds 7 as this was 6 minutes closer to my where I was and was conscious of the time. When I got there the person who talked to me just point blank refused to help me, said he was too busy (even thought it takes only 10 minutes to change a tire). If your not going to take jobs what’s the point in being open? I called the Kirkstall store and asked if I could be squeezed in first thing Sunday morning, but the manager said he would stay late for me and change my tire there and then. I would like to thank Dean and his team that helped me out when I very much needed it, that kind of human kindness is very much lost nowadays and a little bit of kindness went a long way today. Thank you is just not a big enough word for your help, but I really do thank you for your help tonight.

Overall purpose of being there (MOT) was absolutely fine. I booked in for 16:30 and was out within the hour. The service from the gentleman who checked my car was great, however the guy who others referred to as the manager was rude to other customers whilst I was waiting, making it a very uncomfortable environment and I won’t be using this particular garage again. One of the customers rebooked her own MOT for later the same day, yet was told, as it hadn’t been done within the hour she dropped it off, that had she brought it at her original appt time it would have been done and they couldn’t guarantee that day. Seemed ludicrous to me, especially as it says you can rebook on the website and seems a legitimate thing. He cockily smiled as he was telling her this, and seemed to just reciprocate her frustration. Other employees then talked about it quite loudly in front of myself and several other customers sat in the waiting area. Very poor customer service, especially when you’re given a form to fill out about the service and experience when you pay. If you’re not bothered about the service you receive and just want a job done, then there’s no issue - but I didn’t like this experience so won’t be going back.

Good service but can't be bothered greeting you as a customer at the entrance. I also witnessed them attempting to break the bonnet post by driving forcefully then breaking hard with the bonnet propped up! Fortunately I drive a Skoda which has proven ROBUST against all demonique forces.

Needed a tyre replacing, no appointment just called in, all done no problems

I've taken 2 Focuses for a service at the Kirkstall KwikFit for the last 2 years service & haven't had any problems at all. Weird that there are so many negative reviews. The services were booked online without any hassle, and included a nice 20% discount for doing so (plus they send out discount codes in subsequent years). I thought that'd be a cue for them to make up some problem that ends up costing you loads more than you've saved, but every time I've been I've felt that they've been honest with me; last time saying that I need to keep an eye on the brake pads + tyre wear, but that they're fine for now. If they were trying to grab money then they'd have been more persuasive. The service costs came to about £120 for each car (after the 20% discount), no extra work needed doing so that was it. I can't complain. As an experiment I took one of the cars to P&R Cars this year and they hit me for £270 for a service & MOT.. no extra work needed doing so I was really surprised at the difference & felt ripped off by them. I'll be sticking with KiwkFit next year.. that or trying one of the other garages in Armley.

Absolutely brilliant had emergency 2 punctures managed to hobble about 1/4 mile t nearest Keillor fit which happened to be Kirkstall road Leeds and although being almost closing time they didn’t hesitate to help me even if it meant they were going to finish late they were very fast but still very professional as I notice them double checking the nuts had been torqued correctly I would recommend this place to anyone who needs tyres thank you very much

Doubter turned advocate It was by chance that we ended up with kwik fit. We needed a fairly uncommon exhaust and at the same time an mot, possible other mort make or break (brake calipers linked to handbrake strength). The quote they gave beat every local motor co in Leeds for the exhaust and despite me being a cynic on their cut price mot.... They 1st surprised my wife n then me. They sorted the exhaust... Cheapest of all the quotes, they did the mot... Honest with the warnings of 'do this before next test' or v soon but no pressure to do it with them there and then... And also they tested and determined the possible 250 both they and another garage had said might be needed wasn't. This was a clincher for me reviewing Leeds kwik fit. They opted to save me 250 quid. That's honesty. So I'm a convert now. Love the small Indy... But don't forget that the mechanics my wife met were good blokes too!! And keen on price match.
