Really glad to have found a true specialists! These guys clearly know their subject matter very well. Very welcoming (even first thing Monday morning!), Friendly but professional atmosphere, and reasonable pricing too - what's not to like, well worth the travel! Also, very easy to get to and close to city centre and train station if needed.

I have been a customer of Mad for MINI for a number of years now. I have always found them to be friendly approachable and very knowledgeable in all things MINI. Their prices are way lower than dealership so give them a go. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Back in April my Cooper was loosing oil from the gearbox and was being difficult selecting gears.I had already taken it to my normal garage who seem to not want to work on Mini's, they told me it was nothing to overly worry about & said you should probably look at changing the car instead (which was helpful). It was then that I found Mad4Mini on line & decided to give these guys a try. I'm so glad I did, from my first phone call with them I could tell these guys were the right people to use, they were extremely helpful & you could tell from the way they were talking they knew their stuff. I took the car into them so they could have a look at it.They found the fault which was the gearbox and also noted a couple of bits that needed sorting.There was no pressure from them at all to get the work done. They managed to source me a recon Box and I also had the subframe changed as it had been flagged in last years MOT. I found the price extremely fair for the amount of work carried out. I could not believe the difference in the car when I got it back, it was amazing, which is still the case a few months & quite a lot of miles later. So if you are thinking of using these guys I can honestly say these are the people to use.I know this is where my mini is going to in future!. Thanks again guys & good luck at the new site. Richard was very quick to respond to communication both by phone and the email messaging service. He was very helpful and informative. As for the service it was excellent. They repaired my collapsed clutch over 2 days and for a very reasonable price and were able to fit me in in the same week I contacted them. Old 2005 Mini One... clutch completely knackered. We live some distance away so it would have been much easier to go local but quotes from (good and reliable) local independents were £5600 (estimated - no firm price_). mad4mini quoted a fixed £425 inc of VAT. Job done same day and the bill was £395 !!! Two thirds of the price! In the past they fixed the power steering pump as well for a much lower and fixed fee. Strongly recommended.

I took my cooper s in for a service after talking to Kelly who was very professional and informative. They did a great job, they kept me well informed as to how the progress was going while i was shopping in the white wrose and when i collected it, my car was washed and cleaned inside and the service history was updated. I would ignore the odd bad comment i think they will complain if there teddy was out of the cot! I had a great experience.

I have used these guys for a few years now and the service is second to none. Friendly, HONEST guys who do know what they are talking about, and look after your car, mine was even washed after the oil change! A more personal service than a main dealer and their prices are excellent. Had general servicing and tuning work done here, all of it carried out to the highest of standards. Why would you take your Mini anywhere else?

It’s the first time I’ve used Mad4Mini, I booked my car in for a service and a pulley reduction. Spoke to Richard on the phone initially and had a lot of questions about what I wanted to do, he was very informative and honest right from the start. So I decided to go with them. I had dropped my car off this morning and decided to stay in Leeds whilst the car got seen to, told Richard I was going to be in Leeds till about 2.30pm so if he could get the car done by then I would really appreciate it. Richard rang me around 12pm to give me an update on the car and to tell me he will have it ready at 1.30pm. Once I got there Richard went through the work that was done on the car and also gave me advice on a few other things that needed to be looked at I’m the near future. They even replaced the side light bulbs on the car for free 😊. Overall I’ve had a really good experience with Mad4Mini and I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Mike and his team are just fantastic, I chanced across them from great reviews on some specialist Mini forums and decided to use them even though they were an hours drive from my then home (Manchester) as I really cared about the car and rely on it to be 100% due to lots of long trips around the UK and Europe. I've been taking the car to them for over 4 years and every single time they have been honest polite and as helpful as they could be so much so I now travel down from Scotland to drop her off for her Service, I just wouldn't trust any other team with my car these guys know their stuff inside out and kindly put up with my R50 Mini One even though they have much exciting vehicles in the workshop every time I'm there. Experts at really decent rates you won't find better.

The gear box in my 15 year old Mini One was faulty. It was still moving into some gears, but not others. After calling many local garages, the shortest estimated time for repairs was a week and the best price given was "at least £800". Most of them were also rude and patronising, insisting that the only way to check would be to remove the whole gear box, even though some gears were still functional. I'd always assumed official mini mechanics would cost much more, but rang Mad4Mini on the off chance it could be cheaper. Full repair was completed within an hour of arrival, for £110, plus a wash thrown in. They showed me the faulty part after the repair and explained again, clearly, why the problem had occurred and how they'd fixed it. Brilliant experience and I'll definitely be returning.

I purchased a 2002 Mini cooper from a car dealer, the car needed a lot of work to make it road worthy new gearbox front end work just recently had brakes done and a new heater matrix installed all these repairs were done perfectly which allows the car to be driven every day with out further problems i would not take my mini any where else as the repair cost is competitive and is also backed up by their warranty on repairs 10/10
