I’ve been coming here for years and the service has always been impeccable. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable as well as being extremely professional and they are able to explain things in a way that anyone can understand. Just this morning, I had a service and brake fluid done on my car and the price was a fair bit lower than what I was expecting to pay and would have paid at another garage. Very highly recommend and I will continue coming here for years to come

Used this garage a few times and had a positive experience each time. Professional reception/booking in staff who note down the issues you're facing with the car, manage your expectations as to time to arrive, what will happen if a part needs replacing etc. Issues with the car have been fixed first time with no problems.

My T5 started burning oil. These guys did full diagnostics. Located the problem and a few others. She's now back running sweet for an 18 year old van. Won't take the old girl anywhere else now. Top service and a good bunch of guys. Thanks (hope I don't see you too soon).

I took my car to Moorfield German Motors for an MOT and service. I just wanted to praise the service I received. I didn't have any transport home and without hesitation Rick gave me a lift and on the completion of my MOT and service they returned my car to me (thanks Danny). This kind of service is to be applauded. They did not hesitate to offer me a lift home and to bring my car back and everyone I dealt with was so friendly and courteous. Thank you. You are all a credit to the business. Very competitive pricing too. I certainly recommend using this garage.

These guys are great! Really know their stuff too. Very helpful, answer any questions and offer advice too. Took my VW Transporter here after a few failed attempts with other garages on diagnosing knocking sounds from my suspension. I was looking for a specialist in German modified motors and I’ve found them. All fixed and cheaper than I expected here too. Will definitely be back with any other issues I have in future.

Went in for a cam belt on my A4, not only were they really well priced they did a great job. I asked them to also look at another issue, which they fixed in the same booking. Everyone I met there was really friendly, knowledgeable and they were really honest with the work that was needed. I had to take the car back for a problem (not their fault) which they quickly sorted and gave me the use of another car for the afternoon. Would 100% recommend. Just wish I'd found them sooner, the car will be going to Moorfield German Motors from now on.

I have been using Moorfield German Motors for a few years now and have to say been looked after very well. I sent my 2 year old at the time BMW 335 d to richard for a re map to start with and has looked after the car ever since. Very competitive with a complete and professional service that to be honest feels very much more than BMW can offer. Really delighted with the service. My VW T6 Camper felt under-powered at 102 bhp, and a little online research led me to look at re-mapping. The service from German Motors was fantastic. A 4 hour process resulting in 176 bhp and improved torque, which has transformed the driving experience with only a marginal increase in insurance premium. Highly recommended.

Had my car (golf gti) serviced by Moorfield German motors. The car has only ever been service by the VW main dealer before and Moorfield German motors use all the same oil and parts as the main dealer and their technicians are VAG trained. I will definitely recommend these guys and use them for all my cars needs in the future.
