Managed to get a last minute MOT booked in after realising mine was due to expire. Mix up my side on dates to drop the car off, but the garage called me and were great about still fitting me in. First visit to the garage but I'll be back to book in my service. Recommend :-)

Took my VW Polo in for a cam belt change as it was due. Great Service from the team easy drop off and pick up. I was pleasantly surprised that my car had been washed and vacuumed out which I was not expecting. All I can say is that I thought I had got in the wrong car as its looked like I had stepped into a car that was just out of a show room. Cost of work was great as well. I will defiantly use again and have recommend to my family & friends

Great Quality Service and they give you a honest assessment of what needs doing. No pushing you into work that needs doing only recommends it. Took my Mercedes in and the work they did on my Break Discs and pads was the same work the main Merc dealer wanted to do but at a much lower price and they even valeted my car for free !

Took my car for a service and MOT this week, great service, courtesy car was fantastic and very tidy. When I got the car back I could tell the service had been carried out well, steering lighter, brakes sharp and generally ran much better than before. I have had a lot of vehicles serviced in the past but never felt the true benefit until using this garage. The car clean inside and out was an added bonus. Will be back and will be recommending to all my friends.

We took our VW Golf to M T Motors as we were having problems with the performance, some garages diagnosed different faults therefore we paid for a diagnostic: £50, and Mark pinpointed the problem straight away. We thought we could get the work done through a warranty (excess £100) we paid for when we purchased the car, but it wasn't necessary as the whole work came to less than £100. We were 'kept in the loop' all the time our vehicle was in their workshop, and when it arrived back it drove like a brand new car, the valet was second to none - the car was pristine!! and smelt absolutely wonderful - thank you Mark and your team - a nice box of biscuits next time I'm passing.... Very happy customer - would recommend to anyone who wants a 'proper job' with a competent company who know what they're doing. Sorry this is a long review but I can't sing their praises enough!

My injectors failed on my Audi and after doing some research with the main dealer and then speaking with Mark @ MT Motors - I was looking at Circa 3k + Mark was proactive and did some research in the background and managed to source the parts much cheaper (2nd hand - Nearly new) .. In total it saved 2k!! I would highly recommend MT Motors and the fact that they made the effort to go that extra is every reason why we should support smaller local business's. Very effective communication. Well marked place, so easy to find. The reception area all updated with latest and relevant covid social distancing measures. A glass screen at the desk to keep minimal contact and reduce transmission. Staff are very kind, helpful and to the point. Dropped a van off there and was met out in the yard by a staff member and was directed to the parking place. Overall a good, smooth pleasant visit.

First time using this garage. They refurbished the engine on my BMW 1 series after the timing chain had failed and damaged the engine. Within a day of calling they had collected my car and diagnosed the issue and got straight to work. Explained each step of the job to me and were very friendly to talk to. Got my car back within the quoted time frame and it had been given a good clean too. They also replaced the battery in my key which had gone flat whilst the car was off the road. Would recommend these guys to anyone, especially if you have a premium German brand like BMW. Many thanks 👍

Professional, knowledgeable and Trustworthy business whom I have used for about 10 years. I have used this garage for 3 of my vehicles during that time covering a range of mechanical issues as well as regular services, new tyres and MOT's. There is an honest approach from the start as to what the diagnosis is to what time is required to fix and estimated cost and collection time. A courtesy car is offered. There is a range of new vehicles in the fleet to use. All vehicles are always clean when provided. Care is taken to ensure the safety of your own vehicle whilst in the safe hands of MT Motors. If your vehicle stays overnight it is safely stored in there building. When your vehicle is ready for collection it is always clean inside and out which many garages don't do. I would not hesitate in using MT Motors for all motoring needs. Top class business and service.

I dropped my 1.8 Leon DSG in when it came up with a gearbox error and the AA said there was nothing they could do, I'd posted on a forum and been told the gearbox error warning is extremely costly and would require an entire new unit from SEAT at a cost of nearly 4k. MT motors stripped the gearbox down and found the problem was that the casing was cracked, they had a company manufacture a new part and repaired the gearbox within less than two weeks and at a saving of over 3k when compared with the dealership solution! Excellent customer service and I honestly couldn't have been happier with the outcome, saved me a small fortune right before Christmas! Highly recommend to anyone, thank you so much!

Nothing is too much trouble and I always find him professional, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Not sure what some people expect. Very good, fast and very reasonable on price. Always phone up to check your ok with the work that needs to be done. Car is always cleaned I side and out prior to being picked up. Also really helps that the have courtesy cars you can use for a small fee.

Good old fashioned service from a garage you feel you can trust. All the family's cars come here. Never been messed about or ripped off here, unlike main dealers who seem unable to tackle jobs simply and cheaply. Just bought a car from MT for my son. What a beauty. On a 2010 plate but looks and drives like a new car. Where MT stands out is their insistance that the car is right before leaving the premises. Mark fitted new rear brake discs and pads, two new tyres and exhaust. The car was serviced, mot'd and fully valeted. All this on a five and a half thousand pound car. Very impressed.

I have an elderly A6 Allroad 3.0TDI Auto which I love. For towing you can't beat them and I regularly tow a caravan and a horsebox, sometimes with two horses on board which approaches 2 tonnes. They are however very complex cars and following an incident when my wife spilled a fruit smoothie all over the MMI console, I have been using Mark to repair and service the car. Mark has sorted quite a few tricky issues on the car since then. They are very knowledgeable and prices very reasonable compared with an Audi main dealer. I always find them very pleasant to deal with and the car always gets a valet on completion! Highly recommended.

Have used MT Autos twice in the past few months with my VW Passat CC and found the staff exceedingly knowledgeable, helpful and polite . They accomplished both the fault rectifications not only considerably cheaper than the main agents but also to a high standard, and they even gave the vehicle a courtesy wash on both occasions.
