M. M.I found my windscreen cracked the morning of my MOT, my insurance sent me to National Windscreens. Originally the earliest appointment i could get was 2 days after the MOT ran out but on calling the branch directly they rescheduled my appointment to an earlier one and got the windscreen replaced, radars and cameras recalibrated and car back to me the same day, so I could make an MOT appointment on the last day! Fantastic service and excellent standard of work.

J. K.They did an incredible job on my driver's window. The window was completely smashed and the cleaned up all the glass on the inside of the car for no extra charge too. Amazing people to work with and I have nothing but praise for them - they completed this within 1 day of me asking them as well which was unbelievable. When I rang Autoglass they gave me an estimate of 6 days and almost £600! The price from National Windscreens was a 6th of the amount. I would recommend National Windscreens for anyone and tell everyone to avoid Autoglass at all costs
D. L.I had my Vauxhall Corsa C screen replaced by one of your helpful technicians at the Leeds branch. The car is not worth much but the technician still treated it like it was a high end car. The attention to detail doing the job was amazing and it is nice to see that the he has pride in his work from start to finish. I would recommend this branch anytime as i have always received fantastic service from the first point of contact calling the branch to the end contact of getting my keys back and driving away with my vehicle fixed.

C.I rang Hastings Direct 02/01/19, and quickly got through to a polite and helpful agent at National Windows who took my details. 20 minutes later I received a call from my local branch which was Leeds. They confirmed details and informed me a technician would contact me to fix my windscreen today. 50 minutes later a knock on my door and a technician was there ready to fix the chip. 15 minutes later job completed and insurance excess paid, once work was completed and checked by me. All in all from first call to Hastings to technician leaving a total of 90 minutes. Job and service well done.
In contrast I rang Motorglass who Hastings also deal with on 29/12/18 and was told to expect a callback. They never did. I tried calling again and went through to a voicemail. Glad I went with National Windscreens. If Motorglass do contact me I'll tell them you snooze you lose!
