Excellent. Best garage ever! We let our Spanish car there to pass the MOT, change the lights, change the velocimeter units and replace the plates following the indications from DVLA. The car was there for a long period because of the bureaucracy, but the garage never caused problems and kept the budget until the end. They always were ready to try to help.

From the first point of contact until collection of my vehicle , Mick was fantastic to deal with. After carefully listening to ongoing issues with my car, he was happy to undertake the required work for a competitive price. On top of this Mick correctly diagnosed an additional fault that was affecting drivability of the car and carried out the appropriate fix - alongside a major service also. All in all I would highly recommend Queen’s Service Station to any Renault owner in need of remedial / maintenance work.

In July I purchased a 2011 Skoda Octavia. Straight from the off Mick was very helpful. I purchased the car with 3months warranty and on the proviso that I had some work completed on the car before picking it up, they were happy to contribute towards changing the cam chain. Upon receiving the car I was very happy, but unfortunately as the miles went by I began to realise that the car was consuming a rather large amount oil. I took the car back to Queens for them to look into the problem. Mick got the car booked in to replace a part they believed would fix the problem. Unfortunately this did not solve the problem. I again had the car back to Queens and they agreed to book the car in for some much more extensive work to be undertaken. After extensive research I was happy with the fact Mick said they were to carry out a particular fix that I knew would solve the oil consumption. After this major work was carried out (at no expense to myself) the car was back running better than ever. I did however notice a small oil leak, I again had the car back to the garage and this was rectified. Buying second hand cars can at times be a gamble, however I am very impressed with the level of customer service that Queens give to its customers. Yes I have had issues along the way with the car, but Queens have gone above and beyond to rectify any issues I have had, as well as lending me a courtesy car for when they had my car in the garage. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they will be the first garage I check in the future when I want another car. A big thank you to everyone at Queens for their stellar service. 5*

Queens Service Station, in my experience of almost 20 years, have always done what they said they will when they say they will do it. The very few minor problem I have had have always been dealt with politely, efficiently and effectively. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Nobody really trusts a used car dealer, right? Well I don't know but we came close here: they seem to care about the customer, and the cars. They've been selling Renault for ages. Let's hope the car we bought turns out to be a keeper
