I purchased the car from hell from BMW. It has suffered one complaint after another! Fortunately I found The Workshop through a recommendation from a friend and they have never once disappointed . The have investigated and resolved all of the problems with the most professional service that puts the main dealerships to shame. Their honesty and integrity is second to none and their expertise and experience of BMW shines through at every touch point and interaction. They are extremely cost effective and great value for money too. I can't recommend them enough.

Brilliant service. I was up north visiting family for a short time. I happened to bring up in a convo with family that I was looking to get my car serviced soon, and they suggested a few local garages for me to reach out to. One of them was The Workshop. I completed their form online Sunday night, and had an email back Monday morning. Anthony got back to my messages quick, squeezed me in asap and was able to get me sorted within the same day I dropped the car. All in a space of 2/3 days notice. I don’t usually leave the garage while my car is being serviced but I did drop the car and come back later. I could tell the guys here weren’t ones to mess about so I trusted them. Great service, professional, fair pricing, honest advice and able to update the idrive / database post service. I’ll definitely be trying to time my servicing in the future with my visits up north, so I can use these guys again.

Have used the guys at The Workshop Leeds for around a year now, from MOT, oil services, gearbox oil change and even suspension work everything has been more than great from the service Anthony and the team offer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone who wants the best for their BMW to use these guys. I will continue to bring my car here to keep it in good health as long as possible. They recently carried out a full health check on my 10yr old car and identified any issue large or small and it's reassuring the feedback I received on the vehicle status, great piece of mind knowing the details, there was no push to spend money on things that may or may not need looking at, this stood out to me and was nice and honest which is refreshing to find, I hope I can continue to bring this car and any of my future BMWs to these guys.

Put my BMW 730d in for some jobs doing on it. Made to feel comfortable and reasurred from the moment i arrived with the car. Brilliant staff. Excellent communication and customer service skills. All jobs done no fuss or faff. Paid far less than i expected to do so a huge bonus. 10/10. Put my car in to the Workshop again today 3/5/22. Faulty lights which these amazing guys sorted in no time. Absolutely no fuss and no rip off. Highly recommended to anybody requiring work doing on their BMW 10/10

These guys are brilliant! I needed a service and brake fluid change on an m140i. I was already aware of a major issue that can occur when servicing the b58 engine in my 140i before I rang. As soon as I mentioned which car I wanted servicing the guy on the phone told me of the possible issue and emailed me the bulletin issued by bmw. This gave confidence they had a good knowledge of all things BMW. They sent a detailed quote for the cost of a standard service and also the additional cost if the oil filter collapsed on removal. I couldn't take the car due to working, so my wife took it. She said they were really helpful, polite and friendly. They let her stay and watch whilst the problem oil filter was removed. Thank god it came out perfectly and saved me a small fortune! All service items replaced and brake fluid changed within the morning. Idrive also updated just like the main dealer would. These guys will be looking after my 140 and any other BMW's I own in future. Highly recommend

It's great to find an independent BMW specialist offering a really high standard of knowledge and work without the costs of the main dealer. An excellent garage, highly recommend for all your BMW servicing and repairs. Anthony and Matt are very knowledgeable, honest and competent at diagnosing and fixing faults. I have used them for servicing and repairs previously and today had a problem with a warning light coming on. I was soon to be passing the BMW Workshop so a quick call to Anthony and he confirmed that he would be able to take a look at it. 10 minutes later I arrived. Anthony took the car straight into the workshop and diagnosed the problem as a faulty brake pad sensor. They nipped across to the local motor factor to get the part, fitted it and were done within 30 minutes of my arrival. Impressive stuff. Clearly this will not be possible in all cases depending on their workload and the issue with the car but I am very grateful to them for being so accommodating, fitting this in around their other workload and quickly rectifying the fault. I will certainly be back when the car is next due a service.

I have used the BM workshop since buying my 4 series, great service and prices that cannot be sniffed at. Anthony and his team have looked after me very well indeed, diagnosing and repairing the small faults that I have encountered and keeping me well informed along the way. All in all the best unbeatable independent fully BMW trained technician you will find in or near Leeds, Anthony is extremely fair, knowledgable and a true gentleman. Anthony is honest and upfront, no hidden costs to be afraid of like some others. Anytime I need work on the car I have full confidence that Anthony and his team will advise/diagnose and provide useful information every time. It is the only reason I have purchased a used BMW again, E87 120i M sport following years of incredible and impeccable service received for my previous E46 Compact 318ti. Anthony maintained/services for many years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Highly recommend this garage in every respect from servicing, diagnostic/problem solving/identifying to the level of expertise which is unmatched and extremely good value of money with high end BMW expertise for anything, very experienced garage. Quality each and every time as usual with Anthony. You can’t beat it... would not trust anyone else with my car. 5 stars always for everything!

Top quality work as it is meant to be done by the manufacturer without cutting corners as a main dealer would do to save time to increase revenue . I trust them implicitly with my vehicles. Anthony is a trusted, professional and highly skilled Engineer. I have been to The Workshop 3 times and each time, they have exceeded my expectations. Each time the bill was also less then expected. 1 Genuine BMW discs and pads were cheaper on the day when the ordered them. 2. Diagnostics didn't take as long as anticipated to trace leak. 3. Radiator gasket seal did not need replacing, turned out to be a rubber around a speedo sensor that caused the leak which was apparent when the tripped the car down, this alone saved me £150.00. Each time he could have charged the quoted price as i was committed to pay that but he chose not to. I will not be going anywhere else, highly recommended BMW specialist.

I have used Antony to service both my BMWs since 2010. He is an outstanding problem solver and offers the best service. For a car person he is supremely honest and will go out of his way to meet his customer needs. He is a BMW trained technician and really knows his stuff. If you live in Yorkshire and have a BMW then this is the place to take it I cannot recommend him enough🏆

Anthony and his team have looked after my F11 and Mini Cooper for nearly 4 years. An honest chap, ex BMW. He knows his stuff. Highly recommended. Your car doesn't get a vac, however it's £15 for a full valet 300yds away but compare this to the saving on hourly rates.

You genuinely do not get honesty like you get from these guys. I had a broken oil filter which fell into the oil housing. Rather than try and repair this themselves making the issue worse or quoting me hours and hours in labour costs they recommened that I get the repair done under my bmw warranty. Something I wasn't aware of. Bmw agreed it was a warranty issue and repaired free of charge. This could have cost well over a grand to sort out from the quotes I have seen online. Really cannot thank these guys enough. I will not hesitate to take my car to these guys again!

Highly professional workshop and very fairly priced. Anthony is an extremely helpful, knowledgeable mechanic who runs an exceptionally good, highly regarded BMW workshop. Would never use a main dealer as opposed to Anthony.

Very professionally carried out a full diagnostic on my car using bmw software, well priced and good knowledge of bmw cars, solved the issue around a rdc sensor failure, would be using again and definitely recommend these guys, great prices and fantastic service.

I had my glows plugs and control module and swirl flap blanking kit done here about 3 weeks ago on my e90 335d and I must say the quality of work is second to none these guys definitely know there stuff this is the only place il be bringing my bmw from now on il be booking it in again in the near future for my boost pipe seals doing and any other work that needs doing 👍
