I was contemplating giving this garage 1⭐ after having to wait just shy of 3 months (yes, months) before being booked in, then a further 4 weeks before completion! To put this into perspective, the other vehicle involved was fixed and back with the owner within 2 weeks! BUT, when the collection day finally arrived I got to see the real reason for the delay, the sheer volume of cars awaiting repair was mind boggling, I had to park the courtesy car yards from the entrance, on top of that there seemed to be a struggle getting a hold of spare parts too. Anyway, the results were amazing and it was put back exactly as it was when I first bought it, the workmanship was second to none. I see now why it's so busy, my only gripe would be the fact you are never updated throughout the whole process which leaves you a little frustrated at times, but they do answer straight away if you do call.

The receptionist was super friendly, the phone was always answered and emails always responded to, you never felt left in the dark. They kept me up to date with my repairs, and it came back to me looking spotless. If I need any bodywork doing I will definitely return.

I had my car repaired by Turners very recently for a no fault insurance repair. The service has been second to none, absolutely fantastic. Everyone that I dealt with on the phone was really informative and friendly. The repairs were completed in the time frame given, and replacement car provided and dropped off to my door. A quick review to say a HUGE thank you. You recently repaired my car through my insurance. The whole process was done over the phone and without any contact (you collected and dropped my car at the hire company). Every contact was friendly, professional, helpful and reassuring. Your reception staff have been amazing, keeping me informed before, during and once finished. The repair seems to be very good indeed, the car was nicely cleaned. All in all a great service and I would highly recommend. Thank you very much indeed!

Had a great experience with Turners. Fantastic, polite customer service. I had my car in for some body repairs and wheel damage as the result of an accident. They hooked me up with a top-of-the-line courtesy car and had my car back to me within 2 weeks. They have an online dashboard where you can track the progress of your repair, and they called me frequently with updates. Now, my car came back to me with a few minor issues, but I got on the phone and they agreed to sort them out. Because this wouldn't take long, they agreed to come out a few days later and pick up the car from my home. They had the car back to me on the same day with all the issues resolved. Definitely recommend these guys.

Can not recommend Turners enough. My car was in for body work repair following a collision. The end result was 100%, but more so the staff are tremendous. Not once did I have to ring them. Fantastic service from Turners Garage, excellent customer service from Lisa & Emma plus the guy who collected my car, sorry i didn't get your name. My car was in a head on collision and needed most of the front end replacing. Constant communication throughout and very quick turn around, 5 days in total (including a weekend), car has come back looking brand new again, I live an hour away from the garage and they collected my car and dropped it off, a curtesy car was also organised for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making an awful situation so much easier to deal with.
