Honest advice, good service, speedy feedback. We put diesel in a petrol car, cost us £200, they had to take the whole thing apart to get access. Advised us not to get a paint shop on a scratch because our new driver will likely get more along the way and the scratch was on plastic so no rust issues, so that saved us a few quid.

I had a recent problem with my EGR valve on my diesel. The communication and customer service was above and beyond with a friendly, frank and down to Earth feel. Amar took time to show me the damaged part and explain what had gone wrong. I'm really happy with the service and will use this garage in the future.

Excellent service from West Park MOT. They took my car in that was badly damaged and on the way out. Tried everything they could to get it back working. Honest, professional and friendly. My first car and the first time I've had to take it to the garage. Being a young woman I've heard all sorts of stories of being ripped off by garages so I was wary when picking one but these chaps were lovely and honest, and fixed my car quickly. My car failed it's MOT here on a fault that should have been detected during my full service at an unrelated garage. I am young and had not been in this position before, but the chaps at West Park were incredibly helpful in explaining what the issue was, why it should have been picked up by the other garage and also how to approach the other garage regarding their poor service - they also returned my faulty parts to me to help in my claim with the other garage.
