C. S.No doubt a top mechanic (certainly talks a good game) but makes the main dealer prices and time scales look almost reasonable . Price quoted was £2000 less new customer discount 20% - THIS WAS AFTER HIS EXTENSIVE INSPECTION AND DETAILED PRICE LIST OF WORK NEEDING TO BE DONE. The actual final price was £2800. I said don't you mean £1800....no, he said it took longer than I thought. Besides that I can't even get the man to slip me in for a headlight bulb change!!! It's a good job he ain't a heart surgeon - found a phillips screwdriver and 12" socket wrench in the engine compartment after it had been there. Ah well we live and learn - thanks Stuart I shall not be returning with my 02 L322.
