H.Again a great experience - honest, reasonable, swift and friendly! I feel confident and comfortable taking my car to this garage. My car has passed its MOT two years in a row there, they also often include minor fixes like bulbs. Previously my MOT’s have cost me ridiculous amounts at other garages, it makes you wonder how genuine they were. Maybe coincidence but for me, here it’s a much more wallet-friendly experience and with nice customer service too.

J. A.Some months ago I took my car in for a full MOT and service. After the checks and the work, I felt that the vehicle was driving very smoothly and everything was working just great. The guys even fixed a broken electronics component seating unit, situated under the driver's chair (which I had barely even noticed)
Later I blew the mechanism connecting my turbo charger to my exhaust system (something which was not caused by the earlier MOT or service work). Charge & Start tried to clean the unit first, when that failed they were able to replace it at a great price (even though it was a brand-only part!)
Since then the car has been driving better than when I first bought it. It purrs as is moves over the road. In terms of easiness to get along with, service quality and prices I'd rate Charge & Start the best! I drive in all the way from Oadby
