Just picked up my car from Brian Bowles and what a brilliant job !!! The service was excellent from start to finish,the staff were friendly and very helpful with anything I needed . Would highly recommend them for any car body repairs .

I have just received my car back after the third party insurers got my car into this garage after someone hit me . Service has been excellent from the start. They collected my car on the same day it was damaged. Every time I've called they have updated me on the progress, the finish date was postponed twice through no fault of theirs but wasn't an issue as I had a courtesy car. Its been delivered to my home address today and looks amazing and has been cleaned. Drivers very friendly and so were all reception staff I've spoken to. So far so good . 😊

Great service from Bowles from start to finish, the office staff were fabulous, so friendly and helpful, and the current pandemic was not an issue, felt safe with them and the use of their courtesy car. After experiencing my first crash and being put in touch with Brian Bowles their service was fantastic. Helena, April and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and detailed when I regularly called for updates and although I didn't catch any of the engineers names, they managed to get my vehicle back to me 10 days before the estimated date. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Just received my company car back from Bowles Vehicle Repair 3 days ahead of plan!. The repair looks perfect, however on looking closer at the car the rear light hasnt been fixed to the car nor has the boot trim been replaced correctly. Had this not been the case it would easily be a 5 star review. The customer service from start to finish has been very refreshing compared with other repair centres. Thank you!!
