Despite being super busy, the team were great! I went in for a full MOT and service and collected my car with it feeling super smooth and almost brand new. The centre manager explained everything they had done with the car and also what advisory bits were flagged at the MOT. Fantastic customer service and super friendly too. Will definitely be coming back for other repair work!

Chirag & Sean deserve all the plaudits that come their way. Both were brilliant in providing excellent customer service. Had a faulty rear break and indicator light on my bmw which wasn’t easy to fix. Chirag took his time to resolve the issue and ensure everything was working fine before letting me go. Sean, Centre Manager, was very helpful in making sure my issue was getting looked at asap even though they looked very busy. Highly recommend them and I will be returning if I ever require their help.

The centre manager was well knowledgeable and friendly. I went in for brake test and he went the extra mile to diagnose other areas of the car. He explained what I also needed to change and when. His assistant was also helpful in explaining things. I will definitely go back again as they know what they are talking about and they don't pressure you into anything rather leave you well informed to make the right repair decisions at the right time. Very good service. Booked to check for faulty wheel bearing. Was expecting that will have to come back to do the actual job next day. I was nicely surprised, when I was called and told that the job will be done the same day. Come before closing to collect the car. Highly recommended.

Really good experience having my MoT done here. After an initial fail due to tyre bulges, they were able to order and fit new tyres and retest within 48 hours, managing to fit in my retest despite being fully booked. Really appreciate the efforts of the manager Sean to get this sorted for me.

I have used this autocentre for two years now and the service has always been exemplary from start to finish. The centre is very popular in the local area due to it's great reputation but Sean and his team always go above and beyond to fit the car in and provide a reliable service, whether that be an MOT or service. Previous to using this centre, I had an issue in the car that other garages were unable to locate or fix. However Sean was more than happy to take time to recognise and fix the issue and I am really grateful.

They completed the repairs, which proved to be far more difficult than they should've been for them as parts had seized up and the new parts they required could only be obtained from the main dealership unfortunately. Booked an MOT and service they were very happy to perform both in a timely manner and did just that. They were helpful an upfront about the advice given and I didn't feel like I was being undermined despite not being very good with cars. They were patient and helped where they could. The only gripe I have, an I sincerely believe it was accidental, when closing the glovebox of my car after the service or MOT checks I think they didn't realize that the case in which I had my the tools for the wheels/car in, must have got caught and broke. I only found this out when I got home but I don't think the team realized it had happened. Not to take away from the garage but just be a bit more careful please. Would definitely recommend to friend.

Only real issues I had we're finding somewhere to park and having no specific time slot.booking online you just get a 9:30 or 11:30 dropoff. Dispute being incredibly busy on the Saturday when I took my car in for wheel alignment staff were very friendly and professional.moving cars to make space and advising that phoning would get a more specific time. Took my car here for its MOT as after checking online I discovered it was £10 cheaper than where I used to take my old car. As Halfords is a big name I thought it would be a good place for an MOT. The booking was simple and when I had to call to check the time the person I spoke to was really polite. The staff at the Tigers way Autocentre were polite/friendly and my car was ready when they said it would be so no waiting around. Altogether a great experience I will be back for my next MOT and if anyone asks for recommendations for their MOT I'll definitely give them the number for here.

Very busy garage. Only one person dealing with reception who was also busy in the workshop. Dropped the car in for a service, HOWEVER they assured me they would ring when ready to collect. I live about 20 min drive from the auto centre (if the traffic isn't too bad). They close at 5pm, so I started trying to ring around 4pm as I had not heard anything. I left home at 420pm to start making my way. My partner managed to get through on the phone around 440pm and was told we would of contacted you. When we arrived they were just finishing off the service, however due to the type of vehicle they didn't do the brake fluid, this was because they needed a specialist machine to sort the pressure, but they were concerned incase something went wrong they would of been able to have got any parts as it was late on a Saturday. They said they might give a refund on the cost of that but will get back to us. To be honest I'm not happy about that. We took it in for a service expecting ALL elements to be covered, I haven't got the time to be taking my car to other places to have work finished off which should of been done by them. However I'm waiting to hear back from them and I will make a formal complaint if they don't sort it. Also grease marks on the car mats as no paper prorectors had been used. Overall the staff are friendly, but with regards to the service ....im not sure.

Fantastic service, representative at the desk was professional and explained when my vehicle would be ready before the MOT & service and afterwards when I had come to collect my car, he explained all the details of the MOT and service carried out. The garage applied a plastic film onto my steering wheel, gear knob and a seat cover to prevent it from getting dirty during the work and I was called by the garage personnel when my vehicle was ready for collection, Would definately use this Garage again. I booked an MOT over the phone. Staff were very helpful and when I needed to change the time it was no bother. Car passed with no advisories. It was ready on time. Only minor niggle is the in-store price is more than the web price, but I was told I could get a 10% NHS discount. When I went to pay he apologised and said they weren’t allowed to give the discount on MOTS. In future I’ll book on line.

I was very surprised to read the other reviews. My experience is completely to the contrary. I pulled in this morning, hugely stressed out with a completely flat tyre on the way to the hospital with my daughter. I told them I didn't want to buy a new tyre as I live quite far away so there was nothing in it for them. They put the spare on for me immediately to get me on my way. They were kind, friendly and wouldn't let me pay a penny!! Thank you so very much again. If they had been any kind of crooks they could have charged me what they wanted and I would have paid.

Took my Car for a warranty repair, to my dismay it took them 3 days to sort my car out, I have had to constantly chase them up and go back and forth between them and the warranty company. From start to finish, Lance & Andy @ TIGERS WAY, LEICS have been simply amazing. Started with my car @ ATS Mon, 24 April , for some work, Adrian @ ATS could not fulfill the requirements. He suggested Halford's Autocentre, Woodgate. After a conversation with them I wasn't keen. I called the Tigers Way Branch & they were the most helpful garage I've known in my 30yrs of driving. Lance liaised with Adrian @ ATS to discuss my poor little corsa's faults. Booked it in with me for Weds, 26 April. From the minute I arrived the service was impeccable. And when I came back to collect my car, your poor mechanics exhausted themselves trying to get my boot open, to a point of despair poor fellas. New backlight ordered for this morning, MOT completed. Lovely rapport with Andy & Lance all the way through. I really thought Andy had been with Halfords for a while, he's only been there just over a week. And what a fantastic example of manager & team coach he is. Halford's, TIGERS WAY, LEICS is my new garage. Even though I live out of town, I'll be using them when needed.
