Pretty efficient job of my MOT, although their quote for a windscreen wiper was 4 times what it cost to get it done at Halfords.

A relative used here and said that they were fantastic and came highly recommended. Absolutely brilliant service. James at Leicester branch is a super star. extremely honest and straight forward. I booked my service and subsequent injector inspection. He could have easily charged me £200 as quoted, but as the car rectified itself on service, he only charged me £25. I recommend get your car looked at by them first before you rush anywhere else. 100% value for money.

Visited there last Saturday. Got booked in to check for oil leak, they said had to do health check on the car first for which they also provided a short video going through the parts/ components under the car which I found useful. They eventually found where the leak was coming from and got the job done. I found them to give good customer service and repair was done at lower cost compared to other garages. Would recommend +++

Amazing service, skilled professionals, great rapport, we trust Jay with our lives (or brakes, basically the same thing.) Me and my partner have been going here for a few years now, vehicle health checks, MOT's, services, repairs or even just advice. We go to them for everything and we always feel as though we've been looked after. They reward your loyalty and you really feel as though you can trust them with anything, it would honestly take an absolute catastrophe for me to take my car anywhere else.

Quiet happy experiences on my MOT from this garage. They managed time as they assured to me and everything was doing well and staffs are cooperative. However their front desk is not having any mask while visitors must wear it before enter the garage and of course I feel quiet strange. Overall it is endorsable garage.

This is the first time I have used In n Out Autocentres and they were excellent. Very friendly and very thorough, they provide you with a detailed breakdown of all that has been done on your service and also don't do any extra work unless you approve them to do so. They also send you a little video walk around of your vehicle showing you certain bits of the service which I think is an excellent idea. They take their time and clearly don't rush the job. Well recommended, they also offer some very good value service bundles too.

Great guys and service from the autocentre. The only issue I have with the place is that it's a struggle to get through on the phone and goes through to the call center. I've been told on various different occasions by someone at the call center that someone will call me back but it NEVER happens. For this reason I have started using other garages which is a shame as the team at Leicester is great

MOT for my car. Friendly staff, keen prices and fast, efficient service. I will definitely use them again. The only small issue is that I found and selected them through "whocanfixmycar.co.uk" and it said the garage would contact me to confirm a booking time and date but 2 days later I had heard nothing so I had to chase them up. But as said, overall I highly recommend them.

My car broke down in the afternoon and my recovery man recommended In & Out. My car was took here and was quickly diagnosed as needing a new alternator. Parts were ordered and my car was repaired the next morning. As a driving instructor I needed my car repaired asap so I'm very pleased with the service of In & Out from start to finish. I was recommended this garage by a family member who said they provide a excellent service. He was not wrong, I had previously taken my vehicle to several other garages, they could not find the fault including a main dealer. After around fifteen minutes I was given a diagnosis as to what the problem was, a further hour and my van was back to normal. Got a deal on Groupon. Contact them to arrange a booking and was told I would get a call back. Waited for the days but never heard anything back so I rang again. They book my in the next day. On arrival the chap at the desk was very friendly. Didn't wait too long for my car return. Will use again.

I was very happy with your service from start to finish. Not only did they give me the cheapest quote (£100 cheaper than anywhere else) but also booked me straight in for 2 days after i accepted the quote, So i didnt have to wait for weeks for the work to be done. I dropped my car off just after 9.30am to have the cambelt & waterpump replaced and picked it up around 4.15pm, no problems at all :) All the lads were very friendly and i will defintely be returning.Thank you so much :)

Really impressed with the service and the professionalism from this center. After my car failed it’s MOT due to front coil spring broken and bulbs needed changing, Halfords were charging me extortion price to get it fixed. However In’n’Out managed to fit me in to get my car sorted at the last minute as well as have an MOT retake at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!!

Amazing experience here, felt so looked after and made to feel like an extremely valued customer. All the different pricing options were explained to me in full so I could make an informed decision that was best suited for me. I chose one of their bundles that I could pay off in 4 payments monthly rather than one and means that I’m covered for next years service too. Kaz was a fantastic customer rep; despite me walking in as a young woman alone, who some garages might see as easy prey to rip off, I was made to feel like they just wanted what was best for my vehicle. And I’ve got to mention Jay; he was absolutely stellar, taking my car in pretty much as soon as I drove into the place and had it completely sorted in no time at all. I originally booked in for a Cambelt and Water Pump change and a service. The price for both was good and so were the previous reviews I had read. I got 4 new tyres installed in this price, given that my tyres were getting close to legal limit. I liked the fact that the garage sent me a video showing the under carriage of my car and condition, highlighting faults needing correction and the condition of key items, like coils, gators, suspension, exhaust and tyre depth. They have bundle package car offers allowing you to save more money and these can apply to multiple cars. They also offer the ability to split payment with no additional fees or charges. Good communication from Jay and the team. I have booked my wife's car for a service too.

Great experience. Booked online...got double booked...they emailed me straight away to rearrange . I drove in they were ready waiting for me. Took the car straight in and 40 mins later I was good to go. Simple easy and efficient. You just couldn't get better.

Brilliant place !!! Went in for an mot and service first time to use this place ...friendly staff and very helpful and the workshop isn't like anywhere I've been before spotless!!I was very pleased with in & out leicester and will 100% be using again in future as apose to main dealer . .....while I was there today I asked out of interest for cam belt change and water pump to my surprise £270 was the price ....and main dealer or stealer shall we say wants £951 ...needless to it was also booked in for cambelt ....taking your car for an mot or repairs is normally like going to the dentist not an enjoyable experience but this place definitely breaks the mold a pleasant waiting area and a good job well done ...and last of all a video yes a video sent to my phone of various points being checked on my car service brilliant job guys I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends and family......cliff aka happy customer
