A. S.I used Jordan Motors for the first time for a service for my car. I found them to be professional, helpful and attentive. I was sent through a quote so I had an idea of how much the work would cost and they did the work in a timely manner whilst I waited. I was very impressed by their personable approach and will definitely be using them for any future work my car may need. Thank you!
D. M.My car was booked for brake pads in November 2021, I was assured by my company AA Driving School that it shouldn't take more than 4 hours.
I was booked in at 8.30 and i handed the keys to a beautiful young lady and she said, if all is well it should be ready by 11.30.
I explained to her that I had booked driving lessons from 12pm onwards
on my return to collect the car at 11.30am I was told that they having difficulty getting spare parts as it is New Car.
I also explained, that I have a pupil who has Driving Test next morning and i need the car.
Simon (Not sure if that is his name) stepped and went a mile away to locate spare parts and got my car fixed by 3pm.
Due to Covid 19 there is huge backlog of Driving Tests and pupils sometimes are waiting almost 6 months for a test, so you can imagine how I was feeling. To cut it short the lady who had a test, passed and i rang the Jordon's Garage to thank them for their service.
I thank all the staff and wish everyone a Happy, Merry Xmas and New Year.

When my engine light came on, and my car started chugging like a tractor, they were very flexible in fitting my appointment in around my other commitments. They were lovely, as always, and my car was ready to collect in no time.

L. S.Never used Jordan Motors but was advised to take my car to them for several issues, Karen was amazing and so polite and took time to explain everything to me. With all the different problems that had to be overcome to complete the vehicle they didn't once say they couldn't do it but always tried their best to complete all work as efficiently as possible. The old parts they removed due to them needing replacing they sent me over images of this to show me what needed doing. Very professional and the first garage i've used where they actually show you the old parts and explain what the issues were without having to ask. There were some delays due to the current haulage situation making getting parts an issue, but that would have been the same anywhere, and the communication around this was exemplary. They also spotted an issue i'd raised with other garages (grinding noise on anything more than 50% lock) and hadn't been able to get a proper answer on, but actually forgot to mention to them. Prop shaft alignment, bearings were shot. Overall, top class, service you can trust. We need more businesses like this!

Within 10 minutes we had been seen and our problem has (hopefully!) been resolved . Extremely helpful and didn’t make us feel like we were any bother. T. M.I love Jordan motors, it’s family owned and the staff are amazing. Karin at the reception desk is my go to person for all info about my car. She always offers me a coffee and makes me feel right at home while waiting for my M.O.T. , she always has a few minutes for a chat despite being incredibly busy. I am kept informed about what is happening with my car and feel very safe in Jordan’s hands . They are my preferred garage on my insurance and I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else.I have been a customer with Jordan’s for three years and this year I broke my foot just before my M.O.T was due. Karin organised for my car to be collected at home and returned when the work was done. Well done Jordan’s and Karin for such amazing service in such trying times.

From start to finish their staff was very friendly and despite the fact that the car failed it's MOT, they explained what each failure meant and even showed me the old parts after replacement - something I appreciated as the industry unfortunately often has a bad reputation! They also offered me a lift back to work which although I didn't need was very thoughtful. Definitely recommend if you want clear, friendly service.

It did fail MOT, but only for a seatbelt. The part was ordered and could be fitted next day. Wonderful service, very reasonably priced and professional friendly staff. R.Second time the friendly staff of Jordan Moters have handled a warranty claim for me (firstly A/C compressor unit and today full steering column replacement) providing excellent service throughout, diagnosing fault, liaising with warranty company and keeping me informed at every stage. Will be back for my full service next month and recommend for a wide range of repair work based on current car and two of my previous cars (both around 15 years old) that have benefitted from Jordans high standard of workmanship or, where required, an honest evaluation of the vehicles value against potential cost, before any works carried out. In summary, in my experience, good people!
R. H.Wow! What a friendly, informative and positive place to take your vehicle and have it repaired! Mine was an emergency and I was really worried. I pulled in and the team jumped in to help me out and get me back on the road again. They showed me the part that had been the problem and even the packaging for the replacement part. At all times I felt comfortable and informed. I was back on the road again within 45 minutes and have since taken my truck there for an MOT. Exactly the same positive expereince. C. B.I can't recommend Jordan Motors highly enough! When I had a problem with my Audi my first instinct was to contact the Audi garage. When they failed to respond very quickly (which is often the case) I took it to Jordan Motors. They diagnosed the problem, rang around to search for ways to make my job cheaper, fixed the problem, washed the car AND saved me almost £1000 on the original quote all before the Audi garage had even given me a call back. I will be using them again and so should you!

They are very open and honest and show you what's been wrong with the car if there is anything to fix. Wouldn't got anywhere else. Also close to Fosse Park, so you can drop the car and go for a spot of shopping whilst it's being worked on.

N. R.Absolutely delighted with the service at Jordan Motors Leicester. My car had a fault on AC. Couple of garages had suggested AC compressor needed replacing and was quoted £ 614.31 by Halfords Autocentres. After reading reviews I tried Jordan Motors who checked and corrected the problem. All it was was to reset and reprogram the AC system. Job done under £ 100.00 and no need to refill gas. The workers at the garage are helpful and cheerful and this garage certainly goes beyond the extra mile.
