Lee at Kato’s has been fabulous. So friendly over the phone and really helpful when I attended the garage. He helped to diagnose my slipping clutch and locking issue. I will definitely use Kato ’s again and really recommend them!

Great place and reasonable on charges. They repaired my A/C and now it works perfectly. Nobody else could diagnose and repair it. Will be using again soon as other issues with my Vauxhall need fixing!!

Dealt with Jemma at the garage. Had a leaking brake hose, repaired in a day. Good customer service and knowledgeable staff and very reasonable on prices. I would recomend Kato's to friends and family.

An excellent service and knew just by looking at a picture of the lights (intermittent) on my dashboard what the problem was on my Vauxhall Corsa!... this was after seeing 3 other mechanics over a 2 week period who wanted to charge the earth just to do a diagnostic... Great pricing and honest professional staff, now due to book in my MOT!

I previously used an excellent garage which is sadly no longer trading. However, luckily they pointed me to Kato. I used them for the first time this week, short notice too. They found me a slot and were very good indeed. Service, MoT, expected repair all for a great price, good communications and fast too. Car drives very well. By the way two more are coming in the next two weeks if you have time!

i was given the details for Katos by a friend and after visiting i can see why, the service is great and it was nice to actually speak to someone who actually explains what is required, since then my farther has been and aired his comments to me stating how easy it was to deal with them. i would definitely say that i will be using them again . cost : very fair information : spot on and truthful service : well i cant fault it

Used them for the first time to service my Insignia, class service all round. Car actually felt like it had been serviced properly, felt like a lot smoother drive. If you own a Vauxhall & want a specialist Vauxhall garage to look after your vehicle without the crazy dealer prices Kato's the place!

First time using Kato's Auto Centre for an issue with my Vauxhall Adam. Called them in the morning and the service was great from the get go. Dropped the car off and within a few hours the work was completed. It needed new spark plugs and coil pack and the cost was very reasonable. Lee is great and trustworthy. Will definitely continue to use in the future and highly recommend to others :)

This is an excellent and very trustworthy Auto Centre. They did an outstanding job in repairing the clutch and air conditioner on my Corsa and also fixed some other minor parts that they’ve noticed. They were fair with the price, showed great expertise and I really appreciate their work on making my car safer. They even fixed my noisy wiper! :)

I have an issue with my Insignia and had previous repairs carried out at another garage. The fault happened again and I took the car to this garage. The reception lady was very pleasant and the advise and service given by the gentleman was in my opinion second to none. The fault was fully explained and identified very quickly. I have booked my car in for repairs next week purely because of the customer service and friendly manner of all here at this garage.

Mr Potter was clearly unlucky as I had an issue with my vauxhall corsa that the main dealer couldnt resolve despite having the car in twice, yet Katos established the fault in minutes, and sorted out. Great Prices and excellent service. will never go anywhere else

Would highly recommend Kato's I have used these before and every time they never fail to deliver just recently took my Insignia into these for a loud rough idle and issues with injectors within 48 hours i was back on the road for a very reasonable price and they even fixed my AC which had never worked since owning the car both very polite and professional!
