I had booked in for 3pm for a new tyre. Having arrived at 11.30am I had very little wait and was fitted in really quickly.

Visited on a Sunday , I booked car for wheel alignment and adjust , all done perfectly and two new front tyres , very friendly staff and very helpful too. Just remember to book online as tyre prices are cheaper and you know if they have stock so you don’t have to mess about 😁

Fitted 4 tyres on blackfriday deal. Ordered online and fitted next day. Friendly staff and tyres were fitted quickly. They also did free alignment check which didn't need adjusting so all in all great for tyres. Not sure about towhe services.

Called in with a slowly deflating tyre, they were able to deal with it immediately. They had the puncture fixed and wheel back on the car within 30 mins, exceptional service, thank you.

It states on the window u don't need an appointment until u go in there and then apparently you do need one. Then when they replaced my tire they forgot to reset the tyre pressure and 10 minutes down the road I though there was an issue again. Lucky I thought to call them instead of trying to make my way back through the traffic at rush hour.

Annoyed me by charging me £120 to align my wheels upto 8 times in the next 2 years. The second time I went to get the alignment checked they refused to look at it on the grounds that there is a suspension fault, that will need to be looked at by a BMW dealer. I got a full inspection carried out which reported no suspension fault. I went back and another mechanic on the day happily checked the alignment. I think they were fobbing me off in that occasion, possibly because they were too busy. Ridiculous, annoying. Edit: received a call from a senior manager at Kwik fit, wanting to understand the issue I had and offered an apology for the poor experience. Hats off to them, changing to three stars from 2, and will update further depending on future experience with Kwik fit, as they check my alignment over the next year and a bit.

Booked a full annual servicing and mot. Usually use to service my car at the dealership but since they Rip customers off decided to get my car serviced at Kwik fit. The lads know what they are working on and will advice if something needs to be replaced with. Serviced my car professionally as expected and passed MOT without any minors or majors. Yes would highly recommend them.

I have had my car MOT’d at this branch for the past 3-4 years and the fact that I keep returning each year says it all. Took car in and was greeted courteously by staff and they took keys from me & got straight on with the job. Car was completed in under an hour with no advisories. Personally I’ve never had an issue here, they’ve always been polite, done a great job and priced competitively, aside from 1 occasion where it was a bit expensive and I went to a mini specialist because surprisingly it was cheaper! I’m happy with the level of customer service I’ve received here. They’re polite, friendly and informative and have no issues explaining what there doing with your car if you ask. I think they go above and beyond, in my opinion. Hopefully people will leave more of their positive experiences in order show a true representation of this place’s star rating.

Not a great experience, had to repeat 3 times what tyres I wanted. Eventually got my own way(!) And tyres fitted. Wheels feel balanced well, so overall am happy

Easy to book online and I also got a discount voucher. Very friendly staff, who remembered my brother and I bringing in his old Lotus Elan for an MOT (another story!). I went for a coffee and they called an hour later to tell me the car had passed and was ready for collection. When I got back to the MOT centre the guy on the desk took me though the advisories (nothing serious). Very pleased with the service and the staff were friendly and professional. Will definitely use Kwik Fit Abbey Park again. Thanks

Very Helpful ! My 72 year old mum who is a key worker called in with her exhaust which was making a very concerning noise, she called into Kwik Fit Abbey Lane depot and they very helpfully fixes it while she waited, saying they did not have the correct bracket but would do their best with a temporary repair to keep her going so she can get to work ,and promptly did it while she waited all free of charge! They would not accept any payment from her. Many thanks to the team at Kwik Fit for your support !

Only went in as car had warning light for tyres, Jack within two mins of arrival took keys and began to inspect the tyres, within 5 mins he came back and advised that was just low pressure on tyres and he has filled it and reset the light, also advised although don't need changing right now to come back early next year to possibly look at changing front two, what fantastic service and won't even think twice about coming here when is time to change the tyres. Fantastic customer service!

The appointment was made for me via Mercede Benz recovery who followed me to Kwik Fit. I was attended to immediately on arrival despite three other vehicles already undergoing works. The tyre we had selected over the phone was ready and waiting for us and work began immediately. Upon completion, all four tyres had their pressure checked and adjusted as appropriate and I was talked through the paperwork clearly and thoroughly. The service was excellent throughout - thorough and efficient. I have used this centre several times for various different cars - including my company vehicles - over the past 15 years and I always return as they are excellent at what they do and continue to be good value.

Past 2 years have been to kwik fit for my 17 year old aclass, had a lot off work done to car before going for its 1st mot there. They are welcoming and pleasant mechanics who work there and talk you through anyr work that needs doing, so far have only had advisors on past 2 mots. If you go later in week near 2pm 3pm mot is slightly cheaper, also booked online also.

Unfortunately they didn’t have time or the staff to serve me, I just wanted a professional to check my tyre to see if it could be repaired I was told to make an appointment. I would have happily booked it in but didn’t want to come back for someone to say it can’t be repaired. I went next door and they took the tyre off the rim and sure enough it couldn’t be repaired.

Turned up with a puncture, half an hour before these guys were due to close. Was told they wouldn't be able to fit me in until tomorrow, but when I told them I was driving back to the northwest with my family they immediately agreed to fix the tyre and work a bit later because they wouldn't let me drive home on the spare. As with most kwik fit garages I've been to, these guys go above and beyond. Thank you for helping me and the family to get back home!

The pressure of the front passenger side tyre was very low as was indicated on the dashboard. I took the car in and was attended to within 5 minutes. All four tyres were checked and air pressure corrected within 10 minutes. I would not hessitate in recommending the Abbey Lane branch for their swift service. Thank you.

I have to say the last review from Jessica is a load of rubbish i take my fleet of family and business vehicles to abbey land branch and the mot tester there is professional with years experience i know this by the amount of knowledge he has about all makes of cars he also has a vast following of customers may ate my business colleagues and friends and family also the staff at this beach the managers are more than helpful cortesouse as is the beach as a whole and if you want a professional to work on your car be prepared to pay the money WILL ALWAYS GO KWIK FIT ABBEYLANE AS LONG AS THE SAME STAFF ARE WORKING THERE Head office should be made aware that they at abbey lane are the best branch in leicester I CAN CONFIRM THIS IS A TRUE REVIEW
