Rang them first thing to get an update on their ETA. Operator said “he’s on your road now.” Dashed outside just as he was pulling up. “Kurt”, got stuck in immediately and had the whole job done in 20 minutes! No rush, no fuss, just very efficiently done. It started to rain just as he was putting his kit back in the van. Very impressed!👍

Replacement screen due to very large crack (18" plus). Phoned to ask if I could drop the car off early (easier for lift home). No problem. Got a call a few mins later, they had received the wrong screen, so it would take a bit longer. Not a problem Call back about 30 mins after they originally said it would be ready, to say it was, and sorry for the mistake - it was not a problem. Yes, they got the wrong screen, but that was not their fault. They went above and beyond, and kept me informed of the situation. I hope you don't need their services, but if you are unlucky enough to, then they make it as easy as possible for you. Great service

The branch itself deserves 5 stars without a doubt. Great, professional service. Due to the bad weather they couldn't get the job done at my home as per appointment but rung me in plenty of time notice and asked politely if I could bring my car to the garage instead. One of the guys made me a tea while I was waiting. Somone might say not a biggie but I've appreciated the fact as they did not had to ask. As for their national call centre, if I was reviewing it alone, 2 stars at a push. Rude people on the phone. My first call wasn't even logged. Waited 8 days for somone to call me when I was told I'll receive a call next morning. Thought maybe they don't have my type of windscreen in stock hence the delay. When I rung second time to my amazement was told there's no records of my call. No appologies, rude questions, very poor customer service skills. Taken all into consideration I'll rate it at 4. Well done all at the branch, the call centre well, no comments.

Went there today for a windscreen replacement. So far have spoken to 3 separate at the branch....all very polite, professional and communicate with you from start to finish. Recommend them very highly.

Would have given them more stars if they had sorted my auto wipers out the first time round but i had to take it in to the shop to have them re programmed and although they work better they are still not set to the right sequence

Great service. Had my van broken into overnight, glass was repaired 5 hours after the orginal phone call on a Saturday.. can't complain. Also for what i thought was a fair price for the job.

Windscreen replaced within 2 hours, all trim re fitted and the vehicle left clean and tidy, you wouldn't know it had been done, apart from you can see through it now 😀

Excellent professionalism shown Sam couldn’t replace the windscreen as it was raining but he arranged for it to be sorted out at a later date! Re assured I could drive it when I thought I couldn’t!
