My partner came here for his break pads on his van they was so quick at booking in to sort the problem out. Not only that the charge was very fair. They did not overcharge at all. I took my car over the weekend for a mot. My car did not pass but they explained what needed doing again the price was fair. Garages that are local and happy to help at a Reasonable are hard to come by. I hope this review helps with anyone especially women like myself with no car knowledge that this is a safe garage.

Used now for 2 Mots, always a bit worried when using a garage for MOTs that also does repairs. Their MOT price is probably one of the best in Leicester, took a Suzuki alto for test back in September that passed with an advisory for a wiper blade. Then took a Kia which failed for front brake pad wear which did not come as a shock as I've asked my daughter about them for the last 2 years as she used to be a service advisor at lexus and used to take my cars for mot for me. Was advised at the mot of the need for new front brake pads and told they could do them while I waited for £70 so I had them done. Positive points: good price for Mot, do not appear to be touting for business, had the ability to get the brake replacement done there and then rather than having to rebook and coffee was nice. Negative points: bill for pad replacement turned out to be £96 (£80 + vat) not the 70 that was quoted, still not a bad price for a front pad replacement but £26 more than was quoted. Locking wheel nut tool removed from glove box for wheel removal and not replaced. Locking wheel nuts loose, offside had started to work its way off and nearside was only finger tight, all other nuts had been tightened though.

People of Leicester really need to know about this brilliant Garage, I never had any positive experiences with garages but after years of searching I finally found my garage for life, as with many people finances are extremely tight and my partners clutch went and just after Xmas so price and quality work was a must and after research and reading so many positive reviews on Google I booked the car in and couldn't have much any happier with the brilliant receptionist and mechanic. I was informed of all the urgent work to get the car back on the road, needed a new coil spring also and price was the lowest I could find literally anywhere. I really can't rate this 1 in a million company enough and will be sending all friends and family there in future.

I have Land Rover Discovery 3 that Profile Motors has maintained for many years, even now having moved to North Lincolnshire I still travel back the 180 mile round trip for them to work on all of my cars and have just picked it up from having new discs and pads all round. I went here to get a drive shaft changed on my Jetta which they said was causing my clunking noise. I had paid others garage money to resolve but they kept diagnosing wrongly. This is one of the best garages in Leicester, they were informative, helpful staff and went out of their way to deliver great service. Usually I’ve had bad experiences with garages where they give wrong information and lie about what the problem is to make more money. It’s refreshing to find a garage that not only cares for its customers they are honest and go above and beyond. I found out that I didn’t need a timing chain which would’ve cost so much more, I only needed a new coil fitting. They fitted this part within half a day and it’s a reasonable price for parts and labour. Very impressed with this service and will come back again if I need any more work doing. Very reliable genuine garage. Would reccomend.

Went to Sandicliffe for an MOT and they told me my car was only worth scrap value and produced the fail notice and estimate for repairs which was £2600 - they offered £500 and steered me in the direction of their used cars. I was about to sign for finance on a used car of £10,000 when I had a change of heart and decided to take it to Profile for a second opinion. Profile repaired my car for £600 and gave it a full MOT! My partner and myself have been bringing our cars here for nearly a year and we always get a fantastic service, they also allow us to buy our own part and only charge £40 an hour labour allowing us to stick well in our budget, they also have a comfortable waiting room to wait in. we went in today for to get our front break pads and disks replaced and they went above and beyond by also chaging oil filter and air filter and changing our oil (which we did not ask for but highly appreciated as we didn't have to pay any more than was quoted on the phone. Always a friendly and professional service. The waiting time is also amazing as we went in 9:30 am and left at 10:45am. Amazing service x

I have been with profile motors for the last 3 years. My battered and old ford Ka has visited them many times with various problems. They have always been able to get parts and fix it for me very quickly, often seeing me the same day and getting the car back to me by the next day.
