I phoned up these guys as I had a puncture. Somebody came to my home to put some air in so that I could drive to their garage to fix my tyre, the gentleman was very courteous (so I treated him to a cup of tea), and followed me to the garage to make sure I got there safely (thank you). Very friendly service. I did have a couple of problems however. I asked for 2 tyres and only 1 was ordered by mistake. Lady on the phone was very apologetic. This was not a big problem as another one was available within a matter of hours (the same brand too!). Also when I inspected the car the tyre was coming away from the rim on one of my back tyres. I rang up and they came out as soon as they could to get it sorted. The next day I received a phone call from the manager apologising a lot! Tyres fitted and balanced for a very reasonable price and so far they seem very good. Staff far more polite than at Macks Garage who I called first. Excellent customer care and very honest about mistakes. Honesty in businesses is becoming very rare these days!

I went to SFB tyres as my car had lost power but my regular garage was closed over the holiday. The mechanic was friendly and professional. They ran a diagnosis and checked out the car but could not identify the exact cause of the problem and recommended I go to a specialist garage. I was happy that they were honest about not knowing what fix was needed and they did not charge for their time.

Exceptional Service! I turned up this evening very late and asked for a quote on two tyres before driving long distance in the morning. The lads were in the middle of closing down, but stayed open and agreed to fit two rear tyres! I was very apologetic for making them stay back, thinking that they would be annoyed - but I was wrong! They were very cheerful and even took the time to explain why my tyres had uneven wear. The staff were all very knowledgeable, friendly and I will definitely be returning again next time! I really appreciate you helping me out last minute!

Brilliant service! Kind genuine staff. My tyre blew out and I wasnt writhing walking distance to home and with my epileptic daughter. I needed to get home ASAP. Rocked up at SFB in a panic with no prior warning and in desperate need of help. They were really polite and welcoming, reassured me and did their best to get my car sorted fast. I had no means to pay and they even let me come back to pay once they had fixed my tyre so I could drive to get some cash. 100% would recommend. The guys seemed very knowledgable and efficient at their job.
