Very fast and professional turn around, handed the car in Wednesday and within 3 days, the car was ready for pick up. There were some minor scratches through out the body panels however Thomas acknowledged and fixed it within the price that was quoted to me. The services received was outstanding and I would recommend to take your car to Smart Quote Car Body Repairs for a great value and Thomas has really worked his magic considering the damage. I would 100% recommend this repair shop, just by luck I found these guys and received a reply from them same day and a quote the next day. Car was in the shop within a couple days after first speaking with them. The only place I found that gave a honest and highly reasonable quote. Fantastic service from Thomas. Prices were far cheaper than other quotes I had received. Dropped off midday on Wed and it was ready by Fri morning. As per photos, the deep scratch in the wing mirror has been made as new. Thomas also spotted a scuff on the rear of the car when we dropped it off, and was able to fix this too. Overall very happy with the service, and would go back for any future issues.

Brilliant service from the guys at Smart Quote from start to finish. I shopped around for the best price to get my bumper fixed and Smart quote was the best at £220, compared to other quotes from other garages ranging from £300-£400. Getting a quote from Smart quote was quick and easy, all I had to do was send a few pictures of my car and I got a response by the next day. As a young female, I have found that some garages seem to try to mug me off price wise; however the guys at Smart Quote were nothing but genuine and honest about the work that needed to be done from the start. Could not recommend enough! I sent some pictures of my car late evening and the next morning Thomas called with a full explanation of what he thought needed doing, with a very fair price. To give a rough idea, 4 other garages quoted in excess of double! I was a bit far away from their body shop and Thomas offered to pick my car up and dropped it back the next day at my office before I finished work. Thomas came back with my car bang on time and the quality of work is second to non. Hard to find a place like this who have great customer service, do what they say they will and don't try and stitch you up with the cost. Car is looking like new again, won't hesitate to give Smart Quote a call if I need some work doing in the future!

These guys did a fantastic job repairing my van. Had a dent above the rear wheel arch which they completely fixed and re-sprayed perfectly, and a dent in my plastic bumper which they managed to get out. The van was then washed to showroom standard! I was really impressed, and the price was fantastic, the cheapest quote I had had. Don't normally post reviews but these lads deserve one and it would be criminal if I didn't. I knocked my insignia a couple of weeks ago on the front bumper and shopped around for quotes as I needed a quick turnaround since I use the car to get around for work. A* Professional Service A* My car got clipped whilst parked at work, the driver's side wing panel and bumper was severely dented and scuffed in addition to the mirror housing being completely knocked off. I shopped around for quotes and got some similar prices in addition to some incredibly high ones; I ultimately settled with Smart Quote and I'm incredibly happy I did. I messaged Tom with photos and a brief description via their WhatsApp, he replied within 15mins via phone for further details and quoted me the price for the job. Tom's professional and assisting manner reassured me greatly and gave me the confidence I needed that they were able to fulfil the job to an incredible standard. With a turnaround under 48hrs, an unbeatable price and a job done so well, I was convinced they had replaced the wing panel (they sourced an official secondhand wing mirror too as it was too damaged for repair) I was incredibly happy with the results and can't recommend them enough. Hopefully I won't need to go back for anything else, but if another incident does occur, I will be returning to Smart Quote for sure.

I took my 2008 bmw to Thomas and his team. The alloys were in poor condition, the front bumper was damaged beyond repair with the engine cover dragging on the road. The bonnet was badly stone chipped and rusted up. The guys have replaced the bumper, completely respraying it and replacing all the trim. They've refixed the engine cover, all with bmw components. The bonnet has been completely refirbed along with the wings and pillars. The alloys have also been completely refirbed. My car now looks like stunning. I can't tell you how much the team had gone above and beyond to get my car looking like new. These guys are passionate about restoring cars and I would highly recommend them.
