To be honest who doesn't hate taking an old vehicle for a MOT,all I can say is I'd rather take it to "Up N Running"than anyone else, they take the time to engage with customers which I find refreshing and helpful when you have a large Bill to pay,"Keep on Running Lad's". Always delivering a great service. Good as ever.

My first time using ‘Up N Running’ was for a cam belt change on 22:4:21. I was very impressed with everything. They promptly got back to me with a quote (which was very competitive)explaining everything they would do very clearly. My experience at the reception on drop off and collection was first class, polite, friendly and very efficient, explaining everything that the technicians had done. Also my vehicle was given a wash and valet. I will certainly be using them in the future and I would highly recommend this company.

I don’t trust garages. There’s always an exception to any rule though, and this most definitely is one. Great service with some nice little touches, and excellent communication. Most importantly, everything is done with the customer’s best interests at heart. Nobody wants unnecessary expense where cars are concerned, but some jobs are absolutely necessary, others less so. The beauty of UNR is that they explain issues in a way that is understood, helping you to make informed decisions. As a family, we have used Up & Running since they first started and I would not take my vehicles anywhere else. Above anything they are honest, even showing me filters or parts they have replaced and reasons why (they always check I am happy to replace parts when necessary before completing the work). Mitch and his team are professional and knowledgeable in everything they do - I’ve been for MOTs, Services and repairs and have never had any issues at all. All repairs have been diagnosed first time around, they have fully explained what the job entails and I haven’t ever had to go back because the fault is always rectified. I would totally recommend Up & Running to anyone (and I already have with all of my friends).

The garage I used to use closed down permanently during the pandemic. It's hard to find a place that's honest, reliable and within budget... I struck gold with this place! There Mitch were several things wrong after an MOT failure... Mitch quoted a price and then explained the order he would do the jobs in because in all honesty my car isn't worth much so any complications might lead to scrappage! He kept me up to date with the progress and at the end of the day the invoice matched the quote. To be honest it took longer than I wanted but I'm not surprised that they're incredibly busy! I will never go anywhere else!

These guy's are brilliant. Had to have both rear coil springs replaced, Skoda quoted me an absolutely ridiculous price, UNR quoted me just under half Skoda's quote. Beth on reception was really helpful and friendly and even showed me the old parts and where the corrosion had taken place. Definitely recommend them and will take both of ours cars Skoda/Seat to them again. Thanks guy's
