Great service from this company, did repairs to my body work of my car due to a accident, and through my insurers. From picking my car up and bringing it back. Lending me a courtesy car. All staff where friendly and helpful. Especially the girls who kept me informed about the progress of the repairs. Car was repaired to a high spec. I would recommend Brooklands, to anyone.

Following recent damage to my beloved Mini Cooper I was instructed to deal with this company to arrange repairs etc. From the very first phone call with Sarah and collection of my vehicle by the lovely Steve I cannot find anything that was less than excellent service. Polite, understanding and professional throughout and hugely informative and helpful at all stages of the process and can’t recommend them all highly enough - thank you so much Brooklands at Lincoln - an amazing service from an amazing team of people - and also the repairs look pretty good too ! First class service , very lovely lady on the front counter, very helpful. Old transit with body damage. Came out looking like a new van . Emails , texts almost daily showing the progress .insurance claim so I can't vouch on the prices ,but definitely a really good experience all round . Plenty of parking , good access easy to find, great to deal with.

My car needed a new door after being hit. The work is of the highest quality, the colour match impeccable, and the use of a car whilst the repairs was great (even if it smelt slightly of fish and chips). A good company and I can recommend them.

Brilliant Repair, I had a heavy front end accident, it did not take long to Estimate, order the parts and then start, Communication was spot on, I couldn't fault that, I had regular phone call explaining what is happening whether they have found extra damage or parts on back order. once my vehicle was complete and I came to pick it up, I was shown around the repair by the Estimator and they explained in a very in depth way. Was referred by my insurance company for repairs on the Friday, on contacting Brooklands that afternoon was booked in to have the assessors report carried out and pickup a courtesy car on the Monday, following Friday was informed the car would be available Monday/Tuesday, on the Monday was informed the car was ready for collection, on arrival handed the courtesy car back and was shown around by an assessor on what work had been done. From start to finish Brooklands was very professional and courteous.

Throughout the years I've had both of my cars here for minor and major repairs and have always been very happy with the work. Communication was always spot on and they kept me updated as often as was required. I'm very particular and their repairs and paint jobs have always been finished to the highest standard! I'll always come here, as it's a reliable bodyshop - such are hard to find nowadays.

Good quality repairs but customer service is lacking. A few more phone calls to update progress would not go amiss. Issues found during quality checks and delaying finish were not communicated until we called them for updates.

Had my daughters car nearly 6 weeks , found reception when calling not to friendly , when told car would be ready had a call said the paint had been damaged so waited another week, given car back in the rain when daughter got home I checked car not happy with paint but will reserve judgement when I can dry the car and check but so far not a great match , also paint chipping off on repaired panel already
