S. S.I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I was originally told that they would have my car a week...heard nothing after a week, rang them to be told it would be at least another week. Rang again a week later to be told this time that the panel that they ordered was damaged and it would be yet another week. Yet another week later rang them to be told it was waiting to be sprayed ( you guessed it! Another week). Finally got my car back over 4 weeks later. To be fair, they had done a good job, it looked like new.
R. W.The repair was good but from the insurance company giving authority to proceed it took five weeks to get the car booked in and two weeks to effect the repair, which only entailed fitting and spraying a replacement door.
A. F.I have dinted and scratched my car twice in the last year. Bowman did such a great job with repairs the first time that I didn’t hesitate to return to them again.
Customer service was exceptional and the value for the service I received was more than fair.
I would recommend them to anyone who needed their car to look good again. Thank you to John and all the team.
