Totally brilliant experience. Bought a petrol V8 BMW 540i and took it here because I was concerned by the excessive smoke from the exhaust and the mega oil consumption. The chaps at Forrest were efficient and quick to fit me in, identify the problems with the car and give me a report to go back to the supplying dealer with. It was bad news for the beemer but I really rated the professionalism of the team at Forrest Motors.

I have taken my 2002 BMW X5 for a number of years . My car has been regularly serviced and on going repairs when necessary. I have always been very pleased with the work that has have done. Reception is efficient , knowledgeable and welcoming. Credit to Chris , the motoring engineer, who identifies work that is necessary and the expertise to correct faults. 100% recommend. My car window had gone down into the door on its own and wouldn't close. At the time it was about an hour from heavy rain. I had to rush my car in and this was the only garage willing to help. I was only after a temporary fix to secure the car however to my surprise they were able to price up the full fix, order the part and repair the window in a matter of a couple of days - much quicker than I would have expected. Staff were friendly and efficient. In future I will be contacting Forrest Motors first.

Chris and the team always look after me well and go out of their way to help with the challenging issues finding cost effective solutions without compromising on safety that is paramount for track driving. their charges are always competitive and transparent and they always seek approval before going ahead with any work. . Chris has his own expereince of track driving and this helps a lot. i wouldnt trust anyone else to look after my BMW

I used to use Forrest Motors when I lived near Lincoln a decade ago for all my servicing on my E39 528. Having recently moved back to Lincolnshire and having a G30 520d that had reached 3 years old, I thought I would go back to Forrest Motors and try them again. I was not disappointed. Although many of the personnel have changed, the quality of work and level of service remains excellent, and all at a much better value price than BMW main dealers - but with the knowledge that the expertise is as good as at a main dealer. Having had an oil service and front and rear brakes done on my car so well, both my 520d and my wife’s soon to be 3 year old X5 30d will be being serviced by Forrest Motors from now on. Great to be able to support a local business in these tough times as well.

Finding a good, reliable garage is difficult these days as what lies under the car bonnet is a total mystery to many of us. Magda and Chris (and the team) have won my confidence with their professional attitude, surprisingly good prices and quality of work but mostly their care - good old fashioned customer care, a rare thing today. Returned to Forrest motors as our 3series is now out of warranty, they have replaced the diff. Oil seals. Very good service,full confidence in them. Even checked over the car when the wife accidentally dropped into a very large pothole! Excellent friendly staff, will be returning for future servicing. 10 out of ten.

I have had work done by Forrest on both my 335i and now my M6. They are well priced and knowledgeable about BMW so I am confident in recommending them. Worth a visit if you need servicing or more specific work doing on any BMW in this area, as apart from the main dealer, there are not too many Lincoln based BMW specialists and Forrest Motors are good.

I have used Forrest motors for well over 10 years for 3 of our BMW's although I don't own a BMW at the moment I would just like to say these guys went out of their way for me more times than I can remember nothing was ever too much trouble they were always the cheapest (I never went for the price I originally when there due to the amount of people who recommended them to me) they always gave me great advice, over the years they looked after our BMW 318 then our 528 then our 4.4 V8 X5 from basic computer faults to a strip down of the X5 engine!!! If you want top service & honest advice I cannot recommend Forrest motors enough I think 10 years as returning customer says it all

Following an MOT failure on an E34 M5 I was cautious about works being performed on a car without the modern comforts of OBD2 diagnostics. Chris and the team were open and supportive about the potential money pit that could’ve formed on such an older vehicle. After some eagle eyed diagnostics on an engine misfire, correcting messy electrics and associative MOT work, the E34 lived to see another day. Appreciate the honest and common sense approach 👍

We have used forest motors on numerous occasions, and have never had anything other than the best service. Our 320d was taken there, despite still being under warranty, because the main agent couldn't sort out an engine management issue , and wanted to charge us an arm and a leg. These guys sorted it out, and did it at a much lower price than we had expected. I notice one very negative review, but don't let that put you off. Not all the people can be satisfied all the time.

I have used this garage over a number of years, both with the original and now the new owners ,and have always found them to be extremely proficient, professional and very competitively priced. A case in point was today when I called at short notice due to a faulty rear window which was stuck open. I was given an appointment straight away and they had my car fixed within 10 minutes of me arriving at the garage. They also refused to take payment as it was such a quick fix and not many garages if any would offer that kind of service. I would have no hesitation in taking my car back to this garage and I would highly recommend them to others. 😀

My Dad had always used Forrest Motors with his previous BMW and has always been given exceptional service, and continues to use them with his current BM. When I bought my BMW I followed my Dads advice and used Forrest for all my diagnostics and repairs. Cheaper than the main dealer for a equal if not better level of service, with genuine parts and unbiased advice. Certainly wouldn't trust or use anyone else.

I had a turbo problem on my mini that appeared to baffle many. I was becoming incredibly frustrated and then I noticed the advert for Forrest Motors. They state in their advert that ' Forrest Motors Technicians are all passionate about under taking each job to a high standard' I can categorically support this statement. Simon on reception would ring me before they undertook each step of their investigation with an idea of costs to seek approval and obviously keep me apprised of developments! Chris, the diagnostic expert refused to be beaten when diagnostic results were giving all sorts of indications. He clearly did not wish to go down the most expensive route first and found other creative ways to isolate the issue at hand. This helped to keep my costs to a minimum. This is so rare in this day and age where the majority of garages are more concerned with racking up the pounds than providing a fair and honest service! Many thanks to all at Forrest Motors but a particular thanks to Chris and Simon

I had a fault with my BMW 320 , a loss of power , warning lights coming on etc , then it would just keep cutting out . It was under warranty with evans halshaw where I'd bought it 2nd hand with 27,500 miles , they couldn't sort it so took it to a BMW dealer in Doncaster who thought they had fixed it but hadn't as it started to reoccur . I then took it to two small garages in Lincoln , both had a go at it but couldn't fix it & it was suggested to bring it here so I took it in , they diagnosed it & sorted it out for me & upgraded the cdi unit as well , it was about £250 to sort it but it's ran brilliantly ever since , now its got 73,000 miles & has never missed a beat .

Simply put - if you want true real customer service and work on your BMW that you can trust from a team of dedicated EXCELLENT friendly honest professionals .......... then this is the place for you - From my E30 to the E89 and to my F31 - all professionally maintained for me 👍😀👍😀👍
