I love this place and the guys working there! If ever I have to go to an actual garage for work I go here. They always go above and beyond and make sure you get value for your money. They always get me in straight away and don’t patronise! Usually served by Joshua on the desk and he is lovely!

Despite not having a shop manager at the time (sickness and struggling to find a replacement) they still managed to sort my vehicle out with no issues, showed me the faults with my brake discs and explained what had happened and why the repairs were necessary, informed me of a payment plan and did everything they could to keep costs down because as a student I'm strapped for cash. Great service and I'd recommend them if you want no-nonsense car repairs/servicing, we had all 4 discs and pads replaced and the car drives considerably better than before with no noises.

Really happy with the work carried out on my car. It initially failed the MOT but the hard work of the staff here have got my car back in great condition. The mechanic was really helpful; he showed me the difference between my old brake discs and what they should look like, and explained how they could have got in the state they did. I genuinely felt like the staff were working in my best interest; they were all really friendly and helpful. They got my car back to me in good time, given all the work that needed doing on it. Super happy with the results and the customer service from this branch; I’d definitely go back to them in the future.

Female owner - Have used High St Halfords a number of times with different vehicles over the years. I have never experienced any problems. They always do exactly what I need and never find additional jobs that require additional charges (like some have done). They are always very helpful and give me plenty of information. I find all the engineers are happy to go the extra mile when I'm unsure of what the car needs and I never feel they are exploiting the situation. Repeat happy customer.

Excellent service. I opted for the major service, turned up an hour and a half early, paperwork was already set up and organised. Communication by phone was prompt and informative. No pressure sales. Staff was very knowledgable and helpful, very professional but down to earth and took the time to explain fully due to me not being very technically minded. Works carried out on time and to a very high standard. I have no doubt I’ll be returning in the future for my vehicle maintenance. Excellent team of staff.

Very professional and able to update the my card systems during a battery change. Usually a battery change costs £305 from BMW for an X5 (E70) due to costs and coding. This autocenter did it for half that with all the coding it needed. Deffently recommended!

Easy to book online, although not possible to reserve a specific time, so you could be kept waiting much longer than expected. Staff claim the online business is a separate company, which is utter nonsense. Best to call first to reserve a specific appointment. This is a great place to get all kinds of parts for your car, you may have to order them online first to ensure that they have them in stock as they may need to order them in. You can also get Nextbase Dash cameras there and various oils ect. It's worth a visit and there are many stores around the country to visit. They are mostly situated on retail parks and not in the high street.

I had a free voucher for an MOT I booked my car in last week they were very friendly and efficient gave me a time to drop the car off I was impressed I knew the car will be done within 2 hours the good thing is you can go away shopping and know that a car will be done within a certain time my car passed it's MOT apart from it had a nail in the passenger rear side tyre I was impressed with their honesty in letting me know but if I bring the car back they will order a new attire incase they can't repair the puncture if I can repair the puncture they said they was happy to send the tyre back hence I booked for Saturday the 31st of August for them to carry out this work I live in Skegness so I do have to drive over but find is well worth doing has the staff there are very kind and courteous and as a woman on my own I'm impressed with the honesty as I've been ripped off by a couple of garages before.

Time keeping does not seem to be a priority yet the staff are polite. Waiting area and building in general seem dated along with the seating that could do with a revamp. Pricing seems fair enough and middle of the road in comparison to a few other garages around the local area. My only real criticism is time keeping and that is sheerly due to my personal feelings about prompt scheduling and time keeping.
