Took my car here for an MOT and full service. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and all work was completed to the highest standard. Unfortunately the replacement air filter wouldn’t fit my car but only got charged for an interim service as a result. Car certainly feels smoother to drive, and even had a courtesy car whist work was being done on mine. Would 100% recommend and will be using again.

Amazing garage Firstly, easy to communicate with, I was emailing over the course of a couple of weeks to figure out what I needed done and the best price so very convenient to be able to do this in the evening when I had 5 minutes. Secondly, took my car in, no fuss, no faff, kind loan of a car to get me to work and back. Third, the mechanic phoned me and spoke plain English, no jargon, no patronising nonsense, and actually save me money. The price agreed was what I paid, and the quality of the work - well my car feels like a new vehicle and the office staff took my money and gave me my keys, again with no faff, so all very efficient. I highly recommend this garage and will be going back there for MOT in December - so good to finally find a garage that does what it says on the tin - thank you Jon and team.

After having problems with a previous garage (shoddy work which left our engine completely damaged) we took our van to these guys for a complete engine rebuild. They were fantastic, communication was clear, no hidden charges, they came and collected our van and gave us a vehicle to use whilst our van was being repaired. So glad we found them, we won't be using anyone else. Fantastic garage!!

Fantastic service from start to finish. I found this garage on who can fix my car after my clutch went in my Mini Cooper. I live in Grimsby but it was worth travelling that much further to get the brilliant service I received. The payment plan was ideal as I was on a limited budget. My daughter (a student at Lincoln Uni) rang me to say she had problems with her car, which sounded to me like a fan belt issue. I searched for local garages with good reviews and found JM Motors. I contacted them and explained the problem. They arranged a quick appointment for my daughter to diagnose the problem. I was contacted on the day to let me know what the issues were (two belts needed badly changing), was quoted a very reasonable price and agreed the work. Less than an hour later the car was sorted, belts changed and the bill was less than the quote. I can’t say enough about how professional Acey and the team are here. Above all they made a young lady very comfortable and confident in their work. We will definitely be using JM Motors again.

I had a new clutch and dual mass flywheel fitted for my skoda superb. Received brilliant customer service, with excellent communication at all stages. Was provided with a courtesy car for the duration of the work, and had my car picked up and dropped back to my house too. Work completed was timely and done to a really high standard, so overall I found the whole process excellent, and as such would not hesistate to recommend J M Motors to anyone, and would definitely use them again. Absolutely stunning work I always come here because they are honest and do a smashing job You can tell they are great because it is always busy here. Average booking from giving the car to receiving it back is about a week and that is because they know they're good and so does everyone else!

I was having a continuous problems with my breaks, at first I was taking it to Kwik Fit but each time they fixed it the problem would come up again cause if me to go back, after the 6th time I’d had enough and tried JM motors. They kept my car for a day and a half and the problem was solved, I believe I won’t need to go back to them with this problem again The customer services is very good, the lady in the cabin is friendly and always smiling and the mechanic that fixed my car know what he’s doing and shares all the information with you I highly recommend this garage

I have done an extensive research for a week to find the best garage in Lincoln.Thanks to all those lovely quote comparison websites and feedback from other customers which made me to decide JM Motors. I have booked an appointment to get the timing belt kit & water pump replaced for my passat. Dropped my car in the morning got a call from Simon after an hour to say my car has got few other problems which can be quite expensive to repair and its not worth spending money on timing belt kit & water pump. I am simply impressed with the honesty and troubleshooting skills of Simon who saved me from a risk. If I would have left my car with a dodgy mechanic he would not have given me the honest feedback and could make quick money by doing the job which is not worth doing Thanks to Simon & John You guys are legend.
