G. D.On arrival greeted in a warm and friendly manner. Misunderstanding over waiting or leaving car . But dealt with I a professional manner. The main advantage of using LBM is receiving a personal email with a commentary attachment service inspection. No hidden agendas so everything is up front, if you need further clarification on task you are invited to workshop. Coffee whilst you wait and if you time your service correctly you can watch some sport in the waiting room. Win Win
