BMW 1 Series Timing chain replacement, was very happy with the service these guys provided from start to finish, from the very friendly receptionist to the explanation and communication for what work was needed and the reasoning behind it, work was completed on time and the quoted price was what I paid. Courtesy car did the job getting from A to B no complaints here; Couldn’t recommend them enough!

My car broke down on the way to a small break in Mablethorpe. It was recovered to this garage on the reccomendation of the rac patrolman. The lady on the phone was very friendly and seemed more than happy to recieve calls and questions from me. I was kept informed about what was wrong with my vehicle and repairs needed to remedy. I had my vehicle back by Friday which I was very happy with considering dealership parts were required to complete the job and it wasn't a planned in job. When collecting the car I spoke to the mechanic who was also very friendly and willing to talk through what had been done and what caused the problem. The price was also very reasonable and less than I expected to pay. As a mechanic by trade myself I know there were no attempts at all to try and overcharge for things ( as many more dishonest garages will try to do for breakdowns). Overall I'm extremely happy with the service provided and if I lived closer I would definitely use them again

Took my car here after being let down by another garage who couldn't be bothered bothered look properly. These guys gave my car a thorough going over and got the problem sorted for me saving me lots of money in the process. Even gave me a curtsey car and wete refreshingly honest. I'll defo be taking my mazda here in future the guy really knows his stuff when it comes to mazdas! Jeanette is also absolutely great really friendly and helpful!

Took my Golf in for a new timing belt, service from start to finish was fantastic and the price was incredibly reasonable. There was a slight rumble in the car after the change, took it back the following day and turns out it was something very simple but the team were happy to fix it on the spot even though it wasn't their fault. Would go out of my way to recommend and will definitely be using them again.

First time using this garage, had clutch and dual mass flywheel changed here on my v70 d5. The staff and mechanic I spoke to were friendly and professional. Outstanding company to deal with start to finish, Kim & Jenette from Lincoln Automotive solutions have restored my trust in the mechanics of the world. From the first phonecall to completion of the works, lincoln Automotive solutions have been faultless. i contacted them regarding a major issue with my van that no other mechanic i had spoken to wanted to even attempt to fix. Kim filled me with total confidence on the phone and reassued me that it was something he could sort without problem. They provided me with a courtesy car (Totally free of Charge) for the whole time they had my vehicle, this was a life saver over the christmas period. The single thing that impressed me the most was the fact that they called me every step of the way with updates on progress etc. nothing was to much trouble for this company and i will continue to use them for many years to come and would also recommend that you do too. Kim and Jenette are extremely organised and so easy to talk to and very clued up on vehicles, all of their mechanics are extremely knowlegeable and approachable also. Took my Kia in for rear discs and pads on both wheels. Excellent service, no added extras and they even offered me a courtesy car. The price was £50 less than the next best quote and they did it in a little over 2 hours. Definitely be using these lads from now on. All round 'bloody good'

I took my car here because the boot wouldn't close due to a faulty switch. The boot can be put down manually using a spanner a 15 minute job maximum. They charged me £108 to do that saying that it took 2 hours to close it. They said that the plugged it into a computer to close it which would have taken even less time. I bought a replacement button and they wanted to charge me another £108 to fit it. I fitted it in less than 5 minutes with absolutely no specialist tools or computers. Its come to light about grossly overcharging me after another garage pointed out the simplicity of closing it. I wont ever be using LAS again and will definitely not be referring them.
