My Audi Q5 was at PK Yesterday for replacement rear discs and pads. The care taken not to damage my alloys was second to none, another local garage had previously damaged my locking wheel nut and locking key, PK Managed to get these off after masking off the wheels totally to ensure no damage was done. A Phone call through the day to keep me up to speed with an extra time being spent on the car was much appreciated too. All in all a great service and will definitely be using this garage for future work on my car!

My car needed a crank pulley repair, 2 new tyres and a service. Now I know little about cars, I drive through the feel of them and the performance. PK Automotive completed the work in good time and on the estimate given. The standard of the work is outstanding and my car feels back to its best. The customer service from Nicky and Caroline was also superb. A first time customer but rest assured I will back.

Very lovely staff, I have been well informed about the pricing and availability for an Aircon re-gas. The prices are competetive and I didn't have to wait long for the job to be completed (about 40 minutes). The aircon appears to be working as intended which is a life saver in this heat! I will definitely use this place again!

I take my car here to get its MOT/service every year and they always fit me in within a couple of days of calling. It can be intimidating as a young woman but they have always made me feel at ease. The receptionist are lovely and have gone above and beyond to accommodate me over the Easter weekend as they have done many times before. The prices are affordable and I wouldn’t go to another garage even if the prices were less best garage in Lincoln.

Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Reasonably priced. I usually like doing my own mechanic work. But good mechanical knowledge is priceless. I came in really not knowing why my front end made the weird noises it was making, and pulling towards the ditch. These guys told me exactly what was going on, didn't over charge me, explained everything, were very fair. Car drives way better now. Ask Andy anything about Lincoln. Especially places to eat! Very friendly. I'll be back for sure.

This isn't the first time I have used PK Automotive but I enjoy going back again and again, the whole team are a great bunch, very helpful and very knowledgeable, they worked around me for dropping the car off out of hours with the recovery team and always kept me in the loop. This time my car a C63 was in for exhaust work with a repair being needed, and some electrical repairs also sorted after some rodent damage had occurred. The repairs done that they showed me looked amazing the factory look of the car is still there. The quality is second to none and the customer service can't be beaten either. The technical knowledge this garage have is second to non and with the selection of genuine diagnostic tools they have you can't beat it I cannot recommend this establishment enough. Thank you once again I hope you enjoy the biscuits 11/10, will be back again soon for more!

So my partner had her car taken here after a breakdown. Since the colder weather the 2010 Vauxhall Corsa had been struggling, the ECU was looked at and we were told it had no issues, so they authorised some replacements of £580 with of parts related to the fuel pump/sensors. After this work the car still wasn’t right so they had a specialist come in and he examined the ECU further putting that at fault. At this point it wasn’t worth spending more money on the car so we decided to PX it. It’s been a nightmare especially for a student with no financial backing, but when visiting today to collect the barely running car taking it to another garage for PX we spoke with I believe Andy, the service manager? He was extremely understanding of our stress and helped us out massively. We thank the team a lot for their communication and help on this, although it hasn’t ended well. 4 stars given because had the ECU been inspected better from the get go, it could have saved a lot of stress and money. But hats off to Andy for his help today. Thankyou

I took my BMW into PK Automotive just on a query really. Andy gave me good honest advice and recommended work that would cost considerably less, and advised me against unnecessary work I had asked for. Spot on diagnostics and a vast improvement at well under what I was expecting (and prepared) to pay. Highly recommend the service here.

Good points; Fixed the car by doing a work around so the work was much cheaper. Bad points; Wasn't kept up to date with the work going off. The only updates I received were when I contacted the garage and that was only twice a day at most. As part of the RAC approved garage they are meant to keep you updated. They didn't work on the car for three days even though I was told each day by the receptionist that my car 'is next' to be looked at. The RAC mechanic told me as part of their contract they prioritise RAC breakdowns. They "flowed" my Body Control Module, which at the point of doing this was unauthorised work because as mentioned I wasn't updated. I would have authorised the work but this isn't the point. My car is now scratched in two places, while I cant pin point this on the garage but they weren't there before. I am a detailer in my spare time so I take pride in my car and check it regularly. Also, the plastics under the steering wheel don't go back in place properly now as they appear to be broken or bent out of shape.

I had an ECU remap of my skoda fabia VRS. The car is now awesome and the team at PK did an amazing job, the handover when I picked it up was thorough and they even took the time talked me through some other issues I had. Cant fault them at all.

A brilliant place. My car recently went in to have the air con unit fixed under warranty as I had only very recently purchased it. Unfortunately, the claim under warranty didn't go smoothly and cost the staff here much time, energy and frustration. They handled the situation brilliantly and kept me informed every step of the way (which is more than can be said for the dealership from where I purchased the vehicle). Absolutely exceptional service and customer care. This was the first time I had used this garage and I wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to a friend.

What a Gem , the owner certainly knows his onions had my car to 4 Garages £2400 spent in the end nearly gave up till a friend recommended them, what a shock to be phoned and told yes its fixed 2hr labour and proved the fault and showed me the repairs. Being a female driving a Hybrid Car certainly gave me the confidence in Garages again, especially this one. A+++++

I've had a few big and small jobs carried out on my car recently by PK and each time the entire process has been handled very professionally... that's an understatement. The work carried out was always 'the right work' (no cut corners), and they didn't suggest anything that didn't need doing either. Everyone I spoke to were very friendly, and you get a sense that everything is under control, and they care about doing things right and to make the customer comfortable and happy. It has been a genuine pleasure to take my car to them. They work hard to make sure quality is consistently maintained, even down to the hand-over back to the customer. Protection is always fitted so you never feel your car has been 'to the garage' and needs a clean. They always produce fully itemised invoices with workshop notes describing the tasks carried out: So full transparency, no surprises. And it's good to have records, considering the complexity of cars now. The entire team seems very well organised and motivated. They deserve 5 stars because I'm sure they all work very hard to provide a 5 star service. That's a rare thing...

Outstanding service here. Had problems with alignment for 3 months no garage could fix it, took my Audi S1 to these guys and they managed to fix the problem in an hour, they brought me in showed me what they'd done to fix it, then even let me road test it before paying! Most garages charge you for the alignment before letting you see if the wheels are straight. Very impressed with the service here. Thank you guys!

Love these guys. I've been coming to them for a couple of years now looking after my 12yr old Chrysler Grand Voyager. They are brilliant. Nothing is an issue & everyone I deal with is polite, friendly and communicate regularly with updates if needed. They squeezed me in this week to regas my aircon which died over the weekend, and we were travelling to the South Coast and back on the two hottest days on record almost. I can honestly say I am going to be gutted to have to go to main dealer with my new car just to keep things in warranty. (Will be taking it here to get it remapped though 😜). Prices are competitive and service is amazing. Thank you for reminding me what the service industry should be like!!

5 Stars, highly reccomend!! After finding this place a few months back and having been on several occasions for work I can honestly say I'm very impressed with the service, the fair and good value prices, but most importantly the work that was carried out. I would highly reccomend this garage, and it's rare to find a place you can trust. Each time the car went in it had a dash cam they put in so the customer is safe in the knowledge there car hasn't been used for anything it shouldn't and the car was fully protected with seat covers, floor mats and even steering wheel cover. This amount of care and professionalism is rare but greatly appreciated.

Well what can I say, my car came into this garage after having been let down at two other garages. I got to the garage with a lift from my grandson following the recovery truck in. From the initial phone call through to getting my broken car there it was effortless. I was met by a lovely lady on reception I believe called Julie who offered me a cup of tea and a biscuit as I looked stressed. During the week that my car was left with them it was found to have an issue with an Ecu which I’ve now learnt controls different functions of the engine. I was kept up to date with the different steps the car and this Ecu was at on more than one occasion. The day I got my phone call to say my car was ready I was due at hospital they said not to panic and would send a driver to pick me up if I was up to driving the car home, A long story cut short and my car is back on my drive where it belongs and I’m more than happy. I have been using PK Autos for well over 10 years now. In that time I’ve used them for MOTs, services, fitting various parts and even re mapping. I take my BMW and Transit van which are both very important to me as my wife uses the car every day for work and as a business owner myself I use the van to do my work. There have been times where I’ve rang Paul and his team at a drop of a hat when either vehicle has had a problem and they bend over backwards to get me back on the road as they are aware I need the vehicles (especially my van) to earn a living. I’m given a courtesy vehicle on arrival and my repairs are done as quickly as possible. I can’t speak more highly of them to be honest, I have recommended them to all my family and friends who now only use them. They go out of their way to resolve any problems and are a very professional garage in my opinion. Thank you PK Autos for all the times you’ve helped in the past

Used they remapping service and was spot on, custom remap (not some silly stage one two blablabla) great gain confirmed wit print out from rolling Road, 2 years warranty for service, 20k miles later car is still drives spot on, will defo do my next car there too. Only down side is they don't do remapping on Saturdays. Apart that top garage with great staff and customer service on top level.

WOW! WHAT A GEM!! After previously falling victim to that stereo-typical scenario of being a single female needing mechanical assistance and experiencing inflated prices and repairs needed (by one of those unscrupulous garages) in the past that unfortunately tarnish others with that reputation it was so refreshing to find PK Automotive solutions. From the moment you enter the building you are greeted in a friendly professional manner by extremely efficient members of the business. This professionalism continued throughout the whole visit which alleviated all of my worries and concerns about attending a garage following a breakdown. The customer service is exemplary from start to finish and every member of the team goes above and beyond in ensuring that the customer is treated respectfully and kept fully informed at all times. With very little mechanical knowledge myself I feel somewhat out of my depth when dealing with repairs at a garage. However, the mechanical team not only kept me up-dated of all they were doing but also spent additional time explaining in depth why the repairs were required and the operational aspects of the parts being replaced in a non-patronising manner. All of the work was carried out to an extremely high standard with the customer’s satisfaction and safety being of paramount importance to them. As a result of this I will definitely be returning for my mechanical needs and will be highly recommending people should use PK automotive solutions.

Wow wow wow firstly fantastic customer service I took my 1.2 diesel Fabia estate here for re mapping he did me a fuel economy and torque remap all can say is wow the fuel economy is through the roof I just did 40 miles on a bit of a run and used 15 miles worth of fuel according to the car. Now the torque is fantastic it has turned my sluggish 1.2 diesel estate into a little pocket rocket it pulls like a 1.6 now bloody fantastic thankyou so much
