Excellent service received from all at the Mini Repair shop. I dropped in on them to carry out an exhaust replacement at very short notice on my Peugeot. I took my Mini to the garage expecting to pay a hefty price for a new air con condenser unit and was happy to hear that it was a simple snapped wire. Kyle took the time to talk me through what he had looked at and fixed on my car. The whole experience was friendly, professional and very well priced. As a female on my own I can sometimes feel intimidated at car garages but I felt comfortable and respected the whole time. Upon the recommendation of a fellow BMW owner, I decided to book in for a full service and brake fluid flush for my BMW. From the first point of contact, they were friendly, efficient, and professional. The workshop is very clean, and the two owners (who are also the technicians), could not have been more welcoming, knowledgeable, efficient, or professional. Not only was the planned work done to the highest standard, but another minor issue was spotted and quickly rectified. I could not be any more impressed, and would say this is as good a business and customer service as I have experienced anywhere. I took my mini in to get the valve stem oil seals replaced. Kyle did a brilliant job, he's very knowledgeable and he kept me updated throughout the process. The service here is so friendly, professional and well priced. I highly recommend them and I would definitely use this garage again.

Just took my BMW 335 in to these guys this morning for a rear brake service, and can honestly say what a professional set up these guys have! Nothing seemed too much trouble, polite, professional and friendly service from everyone I spoke to. Saved myself almost £200 on a quote from another garage I've been going to for the last 3 years, for the same work- which is a bonus! More than anything though, I really liked the atmosphere here and the interaction with the mechanics directly, and not just reception staff which I've had for the last 3 years elsewhere. Thanks very much again and based on what I have received so far, I will be back when I need the fronts doing too!

Fast, efficient and very friendly. My car needed adblue. I called the guys, they said to drop in and they’ll do it there and then. Very welcoming. Sat and waited, only took 15 minutes and even had a complimentary tea whilst I waited. Very happy. Highly recommend.

What a brilliant place. Super-friendly, helpful, and as others have said, you could eat your dinner off the floor. Which is more than you could say for my elderly Mini. Got a comprehensive service and health check, and future problems flagged. Most importantly it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish, and there was a free Flump waiting for me on the passenger seat when I came to pick the old girl up after just a couple of hours. We have just dropped on a GEM of a garage who have fitted body trim on my husband's baby .The Mini Repair Shop we think is in a brilliant location easy to get to ,they have all the latest equipment and is very clean. The two lads that run the workshop are very professional , knowledgeable , friendly and polite and definitely go the extra mile their customers service skills are first class they make you feel a very valued customer. Kyle and Steve run one of the very best garages in lincolnshire. The Mini Repair Shop. Not only do they charge very reasonably, they also do what they can to help on other vehicles that are not mini/bmw. I have taken multiple vehicles to them for multiple repairs, and i will be using them with all my cars. They are true car enthusiasts and have become my friends! I will only trust them and will never be using any other garage. They are polite, friendly, and take the time to explain what is wrong with your car if you dont understand.
