C. L.This gentleman knows exactly what he's doing and was very pleasant to deal with. I called first to make sure he had some availability to check my car's air conditioning. Arrived a bit early and joined the queue to be seen. He was very apologetic that an earlier appointment had turned up late which obviously had a knock on effect on his timings to get to us at the time agreed, but this was obviously beyond his control. When it was our turn, he was efficient and, because I'm always curious, patiently explained what he was doing and why. When everything seemed complete he checked the temperature was cooling fully. To be honest I'd have been satisfied with the resulting temperature. But in the search for perfection, he fine tuned everything a bit more.
I would not hesitate to recommend using Barry Kendall's air conditioning service to others.

Barry was really helpful and I’ll definitely return for a re-gas once I get my condenser repaired. Would definitely recommend and it’s great to support a local independent business.
