New to the country, bought a second hand 2010 mini cooper. Unfortunately had a bad car accident and the entire front and side of my car got smashed to pieces. I knew straight away it was going to cost me more than I paid for it as I know a thing or two about cars. This was confirmed by my insurance company. So, I had it place at my home’s multi-storey car park while I thought about what I wanted to do with it. I started my search by looking at places and their reviews. Called up a few – But I didn’t feel they gave me the time of day to address my concerns and the solutions they gave me were not tailored to what I needed. So when I contacted Jo on their website, he gave me a call promptly. He listened to me. I Sent him pictures of the car and I explained to him my armature diagnosis. One of my problems was that the car was barely drivable – It needed to be towed. He offered to come himself drive the car down from the multi-storey and have guy tow it to their garage. To me that was the first sign that I was going to be in good hands. When he first saw the car, he gave me an estimate. Later that night he gave me a more accurate estimate after he had time to properly examine it. He took the time to explain to me in detail what needed to be done, why and how (I was grateful for this because I always need to know where my money is going). Although it was a large sum, it was still lower than most of the quotes I had received. So I said go ahead with fixing it. The very next morning, he called me with a solution to save me around 1500 quid. I couldn’t believe my ears. He took the time to make a 3 hour drive to help me save money. I mean WOW. I assured him that I was in no rush to get it fixed. He said would take around a week. But two days later he called me and said the job is done. Another WOW. The car drove even more smoothly than when I first bought it and the rumbling sound that used to annoy me was gone. I was so happy. I couldn’t be more grateful. It drove perfect and looked just as perfect. Because my experience was such a success, I booked my car for a roof change of colour paint job because I wanted to start bedazzling my mini. Again, I was in no rush and again he finished it in two days. Triple WOW. I went in to pick it up and he had given me front and back viper stripes (I had mentioned eventually I want to get those) FOR FREE. The paint jobs were TOP NOTCH. I am very attentive to detail and like my things not a hair out of line. There was one bitter reviewer who gave this shop a 1 start for paint job quality, I say this with confidence, he was lying. My paint job was so well done. All-in-all, Jo and his team are honest people, a quality that is rare to find in this time and age. If you read the reviews they have a common factor all of us were amazed and grateful. CRP Car Body Repair Liverpool is the real deal. They even found out a few problems from before the accident and I have it booked in for next month to get that done and make some upgrades that I want as well. I wouldn’t take my car to get work done anywhere else.

Picked up are classic 20 year old,ford puma today, Chris and his team had spent a number ofweeks restoring it.Welding repaired and overhauled aircon,and cooling system, traced and rectified various oil leaks. Our puma has gone from tired and shabby looking to a little stunner, looks absolutely FAB!!!!!!! Great job and attention to detail. Thanks to Chris and his team, Garry and Jeanette 😁👍👍👍

Needed some body work done after scraping along a stationary object. Was quoted very high prices from most places except CPR which was a lot fairer and gave me options and prices on the how the problems could be fixed. I spoke with Chris who was very friendly and helpful, said the job could take up to 3 days but got my car back much sooner. The work done is fantastic looks almost new again. Even covered up a few scratches on the other side for free which I couldn't afford to get fixed properly. would Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the service from these guys. Sent a couple of photos of the scuffed front bumper of my car via the online form and received a prompt call regarding the quote to repair. Fantastic customer service,very friendly, fair and honest. I have a leased car and needed some repairs to minor scuffs and scrapes before handing it back onto the leasing company. These offered the cheapest quotes compared to other bodyshops. They did a great job repairing these and also reccomended someone else who could repair the dents I had. Highly reccomend these guys.

These guys where really approachable and friendly when we approached them after my son reversed his Mercedes into a railing 😱😱 they offered excellent advice and did not hesitate to phone around and price parts. As a fairly new young driver, I had a bump in a car park and completely panicked. I took my car to this place with absolute no knowledge of cars or repairs, expecting it to cost a fortune. The guy I spoke to told me what needed to be done - he was completely honest with me and even tried to save me money by telling me what he'd do in my position. I left my car at the shop for 20 minutes and came back to the problem resolved. Couldn't thank for the guys enough for their help - saved me a lot of money and aggro from my Dad. Excellent customer service and standard of work. I scuffed and gouged a hole in the back panel of my Ford fiesta. Filled out the online form and Joe got back to me very quickly with a quote for the repairs. When I came to collect the car I couldn't tell which side the repairs had been done! They even touched up some of the small marks, cleaned the interior and washed and waxed it! A fantastic job by Chris. Couldn't ask for more. The pictures speak for themselves...

Somebody reversed into the side door of my van. Joe and the lads at scuffs and scratches dealt with all my problems, which also included a damaged lock on the side door, straight away. All done finished and with everything working and the door looking like it used to in just over a couple of hours and the price was fantastic. I will be recommending all my customers and friends to use them they were excellent.

Great Job done on my bumper scuff and scratches, looked pretty bad to me and could not imagine that it could be fixed up and not be noticed. The car is a brand new BMW 118 in midnight metallic blue. I asked when i dropped car off if they thought they could do it. The guys said of course..that's our job :). Was really surprised that it only took them less than half a day. I arrived to collect and was totally amazed, no trace whatsoever. Well pleased and a good price, less that i was fearing it would be and certainly a lot less than Williams BMW would have charged i'm sure. Very happy and know where to go in future.

Scuffs N Scratches Ltd lived up to their name and really helped us out! We called at 5PM and they agreed to let us go ahead and drop off the car. They promised to look at it first thing the next morning since they knew we had to get back.
