I had originally tried 3 Jaguar dealerships including main dealer when I had an issue with my power steering intermittently going on and off. They all said it was a 3-4 week wait to get in and get diagnosed. So, I tried Martin at DualBrand, got it dropped off the day after and he had fixed the issue on the same day. Highly recommend Martin and DualBrand for all your JLR cars.

I have been taking my cars to Martin and Craig for nearly 15 years. Cannot fault a single thing. The problem is always found and fixed. They're always really busy, but always fit you in quickly. I fully recommend them. I sort of consider buying another JLR car so I can carry on using them.

Thought it was time I wrote a review. If you own a Jaguar this is the place to come to. Martin, Gary and the team are phenomenal, I brought my first XK with overheating problems, fixed, then subsequently all my servicing and additional jobs have all been done by Martin. I just call and he fits me in, if it takes over a day, your car is locked away and secured, giving you piece of mind. The guys work late too, so don't be shocked if you get the call to pick up after 6pm. In addition the fact your car comes back clean, gives you a premium service feel. Very reasonable prices and they are great for offering advice, if you are unsure. Another thing I really like is that they show you the parts they have changed so you can see the problem etc. Thanks Martin, I'll be seeing you next month for Servicing and MOT.

Martin and his team have been servicing our Jaguars for a number of years and we highly recommend him. He provides a premium service at a very competitive price, keeping you informed of progress with realistic prognoses and always delivers on time. Admittedly, there isn't a waiting room stocked with cappuccino machines, potted plants and fountains, but with the money and time saved, you can always visit Costa or buy your own.

Michael is an absolute gentleman. Knows alot about Jags and very passionate about his work. Choose Jag autos over Dealership as they were not only charging more but had a bad experience with them post sale. Service history was updated online on Jag service portal. Well recommended and will defo be going back.

First of all I can't believe these guys have so few reviews, After all the happy customers they mush have. I bought a jag x type without knowing the engine management light had been turned off and needless to say when it came on started to run rough and hammer fuel. My dads Diagnostic equipment came up with lambda sensor so my dad changed all 4 then came up with catalyst, gutted. Got several astronomical quotes and decided on 1 guy in Wigan, he had my car for 9 days and said he was still waiting for the part (cat) could be next week but unsure so i decided to pick my car up and look elsewhere. Called the great guys at jag Autos and he said bring it down, I'll see what it needs and I'll sort it if you want it doing. He was very knowledgeable and didn't baffle with science, wasn't after money also gave me advice on the phone and suggested a garage nearer to me. but speaking with Martin on the phone there was only him I wanted to touch my car. My dad took it down on Monday afternoon because I work till late. I called him on Wed afternoon because I finished early, half expected the same speach to be honest. Not got the part or something worse than expected. But to my delight Martin said I'm just getting the new part on now and then you can come and pick it up at around six ish, the guy is supposed to finish work at 5:30, talk about going the extra. I received a call at 6:20 and my car had the all clear so I drove the 12 miles whilst he waited for me and showed me my old part on arrival. I will finish by saying I drove my car home it run great and I paid half of the quoted price off the other bloke. Problems with your jag? take it there. Thanks for your help genuine jag Autos😃.

Done a diagnostics check on my car and didn't show a fault, so they suggest a quick fix I could do myself and showed me how to do it correctly and didn't ask for any money foe there service, my car will be going here everytime I have a problem amazing service and good genuine people.
