Came out quickly to check when our engine warning light came on. Needed new spark plugs and coil. Ordered and fitted next day even though it was a Saturday. Friendly and knowledgeable and warned us about water pump being on the way out. Cost about the same as our local garage despite being done on our doorstep.

Took a few days for Giles to be able to fit me in as he had a full work load, but he's worth waiting for. Giles is an excellent car mechanic. He fixed my main issue (car not starting) in a matter of minutes, also replaced spark plugs (which I'd bought ready ... just didn't have the right tools), let me see a full diagnostic of the car so that I had the option of taking further pre-emptive action and gave me some solid advice.

Really pleased with the service from Giles; he was quick, friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced. It's so great having a mechanic nearby that I can trust, and I will definitely use him again for any future issues. I would definitely recommend.

Got in touch with Giles when he was really busy, didn’t turn me away.
