This is a really excellent autocentre. All the staff, especially the front of house reception, are professional and friendly. They communicated really well with me telling me when my car could be picked up - it was due its MOT and major service. I was in fact late to drop off because I had completely forgotten about it! The staff were very understanding about this, made no issue of it at all and my car was in and out without concern. Anything to keep an eye on with my car was explained to me in easy to understand language and they didn't suggest or put pressure on needing to spend more money or create more work. I will go back if my car needs any work in the future at all, including MOT or services etc, and will highly recommend to friends and colleagues! I was very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you also for fixing one of the windows in my car that was rattling 😃

Had my service and Mot here. Great service and friendly staff. Picked up the car and noticed there was a noise that wasn't there before. I rang them and straight away they told me to bring the car to the garage. It was my fan belt, it had gone. They'd checked it during the service and it was fine so it was just a coincidence that it went. As a gesture if good will they told me they would repair it the next morning. They did and got back to me as soon as they were done. Would highly recommend getting service and MOT there. Staff are lovely and very good at their job. It took someone or members of a team around 4-5 days to complete welding work and some other job but apart from that, they saved me money on a steering related job, offered a reduced price for welding job and free screen wash x 2!! Took my car there as I needed new starter motor. They where recommend to me by the guy from the RAC, it was an intermittent fault with the starter motor that had been going on for some time. Phill from Halfords had to start my car to move it and low and behold it started fine! Then the next morning he again had to move the car and once again it started first time! Phill then took time to phone me and tell me that it was starting just fine for him and did I really want the starter motor changing out for a new one. I told him he was having a lucky few days Haha as the starter motor would be fine and then start playing up! The fact that he took time to phone me and asked the question I thought was really honest of him. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks again guys.

Excellent and efficient service. Booked in for the free brake test service, hoping to just receive an assessment of the brake condition. Shortly after dropping the car off, I received a detailed update on the results, but was also informed about issues identified with my tyres too. Took the car in for tracking and balancing of tyres, just my luck it turned out to be not so straight forward. But the friendly team were great they went the extra mile, they kept us informed fixed what needed to be fixed and didn't add any extra on to the cost of the job which was already a reasonable price. This is the best garage I have ever been to. Book it in, work gets done with no drama, and they even charged me less than quoted because they fixed a part rather than replace it. Super polite and knowledgeable - the manager Phil diagnosed my oil sensor fault as I walked in the door. When I asked him how he did it he said he could see it leaking onto the car park :) 100% recommend to anybody. 5 stars.

I have used this garage a few times now and recently had my first MOT and Full Service here and the quality of work and service was, as always, excellent. Halfords may be a touch more expensive than other 'local' garages but it really is worth it, they even go to the extent of greasing all the door hinges, bonnet hinges and battery points. I have never seen any garage be that diligent before. Would definitely recommend!

We had a noise from the rear suspension on our Fiesta. Halfords invited us for a FREE SUSPENSION CHECK. The rear spring had split and was replaced by Halfords within a couple of hours for £109. My experience with Halfords autocentre was not as pleasant as it should be. However, I can not say the same about this specific autocentre, Unit 17 Erskine in Trade Park Liverpool 6. The manager and staff were professional, trustful, and helpful in providing reliable advices. They even managed to fixe my wife’s car and save us about £200.00. Since then, Tanks GOD… Her Car was perfect without any issues… I did tried other Halfords autocentres in the area, but never been as satisfied to push myself in writing this review (Something I usually don’t do).

I was there to do my mot but I have not good experience because checking of my car didn't pass due to rear tyres which the treads were too near to limit and both front lights slightly to up where I've had some weight in the boot so it would be back to normal after unloading ,also right rear fog light bulb was burned , however I had over 200 miles to London the fellow in office didn't offered me to repair all flaws or pointed any other which could have to do it or informed me that after repairing within 24 hours I could back with my car and redo mot
