I needed 4 wheel alignment for my car and initially approached Tom Tully & Daughters who did not have the required equipment at this time. They referred me to J&E Motors. I think it's a great complement that a respected business thinks highly enough of a competitor to refer business their way. I booked my car in and the job was done in a timely manner with me receiving a call when it was ready for collection. The staff were both professional and very pleasant to talk to. There were no additional costs added on. I would recommend J&E Motors and I'm happy to use them again.

Visited J&E for MOT. One of the guys at Tom Tully gave me the number. MOT done and pleased with the outcome. Owner, Mark, is a really nice man who made me feel confident in his work. Never used J and E Motors before. Called up for them to inspect an oil leak to my range rover. They did the inspection and explained that they couldn't do the repair. Passed me details to another garage, and didn't even charge me for the inspection. Now that's a garage you can trust..

Car broke down and AA breakdown services advised me to send the car to to J & E Motors instead of Halfords (Halfords Autocentre quoted me £700 for a replacement clutch) So glad I did, the guys at J & E on the phone and in person were professional, informative and very friendly "and" I saved myself £330. I will definitely return and recommend. We really need to support local companies instead the big companies with rip off prices.

# January 2018 # Just used them today for the first time. My car was fixed quickly, the bill was less than expected and the staff were friendly and explained things clearly. # August 2018 # This is my 2nd review of J&E. Last week, my car started to hum like an old style hoover whenever i breached 40mph. When i rang J&E, one of them said it sounds like a wheel bearing has gone, but they’d need to check it. I booked it in so they could properly diagnose the problem and they discovered which one needed replacing. Yesterday, i went back to get the bearing replaced. The total bill came to just over £100 to fix my Fiesta - it’s so silent again now its unreal. I’d definitely use these guys again!

I had reason to believe my car needed urgent work and if left undone not only would it fail an MOT but it could be dangerous to drive...took it to J&E who put my mind at rest completely ....it turned out my car was not dangerous to drive and in fact would pass an MOT ....I will always use this garage in future for all and anything my car needs...as a footnote...the three gentlemen I saw at the garage this morning where courteous and understanding ....Many thanks
