My car was broken down near Liverpool City centre and needed to be taken to Speke for repair to be done. Kris was brilliant, car picked up within 2 hours of calling and regular updates both before and after pick up including pics to let me know my car was safe. Would definitely recommend CR&R and would use again if ever needed. Thanks so much.

Absolutely top notch service, can't go wrong with Chris. - Called about faulty battery, wouldn't hold a charge and couldn't be jump started - Chris said he would come that day to diagnose the car and if necessary replace the battery - called at 1:30pm he arrived before 4pm - tested the battery and confirmed it was no good - replaced the battery as well as cleaning up the battery terminals to prevent future faults -Chris took photos of the entire process detailing what he had done and why he had done it - new battery came with a 2 year warranty Couldn't be happier with Chris' service today.

Kris was at my door within an hour of calling him,he was very efficient and explained everything he was doing, I found him to be very knowledgeable and he was able to give me a detailed explanation of the possible causes of my cars faults. I will definitely be keeping his number for the future and would highly recommend him and his company to anyone that needs a mobile diagnostic on their car 👍

Excellent service, I messaged them as my car had broken down, but I had to leave the car. They picked it up and delivered it to my home without me having to be there.
